I got the "antispyware vista 2012" virus that basically kept my laptop hostage. I could not open internet explorer nor my antiviral software symantec or micorsoft security essentials to get rid of it. I went to geeksquad and they asked $200 to fix it with a one yr guarantee plan. i told them i just wanted a one time fix only for less, that i didnt want to pay 1/3 of my lap top price to get rid of this virus. no deal. so i went to Sam, he charged $120 and got the work done in one day! I am so glad I looked around before being overcharged by the geek squad. If i have any other computor problem in the future ill try Sam again, NOT geeksquad.

A family friend recommended us to Sam and we cannot believe we had the good fortune to receive the very best service ever! Initially, Sam called us back immediately and showed up on time. He explained all the procedures in a courteous manner and as he made necessary calls to the companies involved in the process he kept us in the loop. His knowledge and expertise is phenomenal!!! Additionally, upon completion, he neatly hooked up wires and created easy access to our programs. I have known Sam for several years and whenever I have a computer/network related question he always has the right answer. My sons laptop looked to have died and we were going to buy him a new one. Sam however, took my sons dead laptop and brought it back to life. The turn around time on the repair was incredible. Sam is reasonably priced and extremely professional. I coudnt see using any other company than Long Island PC Repair. Thanks Sam for a job well done.

Sam is personable and knowledgeable. I called him to repair a desktop, However, I also had a laptop which I had thought was thoroughly dead. The Geek Squad at Best Buy had told me it was beyond repair. Currently I am writing this review on that laptop, which Sam fixed. My desktop will also be working soon. Honest, competent and house calls. What more could you ask?

Great job & very efficient service. I had a broken laptop screen and needed it repair ASAP. I contacted Sam and he had it ready for me in 2 days.
