Ive used this service twice now, first time for a broken HDD and once for a broken optical drive. Both times I was able to get my computer back within a few days, in better condition than it was before. And I dont mean the obvious problem, when I got my computer back I realized he even cleaned the shell. I cant go on enough, this is a service I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, friendly, and fast fix. (apple certified care too)

Not trying to knock Small Dog, but if you have any MAC needs ACT is the place. Matt is smart, fair and will do what he can to troubleshoot the issues. HIGHLY recommend ACT for your computer needs.
