I cannot say enough positive things about A Action! They are honest and dependable and the type of family business that used to be much more common. I obtained 4 price quotes for a 2-1/2 ton HVAC and heat pump complete system and A Action was by far the lowest. Their price was so low I was worried there would be problems. They installed the system and were AMAZING! Kenneth and Everrett were experienced, courteous and very thorough. We could not be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. I feel very fortunate to have found someone that does exactly what they say they will do - with no surprises and no disappointment!

Our water heater started to leak (on a Sunday morning no less) and we needed to get it back up and running. We ended up calling a few different places and getting a voicemail or answering machine, when finally A Action answered (I think the guys name was Chris, could be wrong). About an hour later their plumber Ray showed up. He was able to find our leak and repair it, without having to replace the water heater. Im incredibly happy that A Action was able to have someone out on short notice, on a weekend, and still fix my issues. Ray was awesome and I will be recommending him, as well as A Action, to all my friends. You guys rock.

Home inspection prior to sale indicated neutral and ground problems with outside receptacles. A Action discussed problem on the phone and indicated likely problem. Technician arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem and performed the needed repairs in a very thorough and professional manner. Very satisfied with the fast response and excellent service. Costs were reasonable and provided before beginning work.
