I just left the shop with my twin 6 yr old boys and my 3 yr old daughter. Before I showed up I called at 4:30pm and asked " would it be better to make an appointment for Saturday morning or just walk-in? " The man on the phone said "You can walk-in, but if you want you can come now!" I let him know I would be there in 20 mins, made him aware that I was bring my 2 sons, and he assured me that it would be fine. I get there and there was hair ALL over the floor. In their defense, there was a full house. I mentioned I just called and asked where the line started? From the barber chair, in the middle of getting his hair cut, the man I spoke with on the phone said "I got you". We waited 20 mins before another barber decided to volunteer to cut my childrens hair. He did a very good job with the first one! Worth the $14... I gave him $20. My other son wanted a design. He chose one of the pictures hanging on the wall. The barber who finished my first sons hair said another barber would do the design. I thought he pointed to the guy I spoke to on the phone because he was finally getting out of the chair. We waited another 30 mins. I know because my daughter had finished watching Creative Galaxy on my phone, and started her painting app. So it has now been a little over an hour. People have come and gone, and the older barber, sitting in his chair asked "Maam, who are you waiting for?" My reply, "the barber that will be doing my sons design." The man I spoke to on the phone pointed to the barber next to him, and that barber said "no, Im not." I could have made a scene, but I said "babies, lets go." We get to the car and my son is crying. He wants to know why he couldnt get his hair cut? I assured him he would get his design tomorrow, and he asked, but how will they know which design to do? *Good Question* I let him know his Dad will take him to a better barber shop with better barbers tomorrow. If you hire mediocre barbers you really should change the name of your shop. Perfections my ass.

Dont know whats up with the people at this place but I walked in my first time at 6:06 and they tell me their closed. Online it says 7pm. I drove about 25 mins and skipped about 5-7 other barber shops to come here. I wouldnt tell anyone to come here just because of my first experience. Worst part of all, they were cutting someones else hair and just finishing up when I got there at 6:06 and online it says it closes at 7. Someones else review about their hours are not honored was very true.

I have only visited this shop twice so far, Im a new customer - admitting that, in my opinion, this is the cleanest barbershop I have ever seen! The place is spotless!! They have free wifi, if you do have to wait, & they have a lot of barbers. Id recommend this shop. (& the barber Lips)

Great place, I would come to this barbershop a bunch of times until I moved. However now that I pass it on my way home from work I will start coming back to this barbershop. The free WiFi doesnt hurt either.

Clean, nice shop. Great work, havent found a stray, too-long hair, unlike some places i could mention. Friendly staff. Only complaints i have are the lack of blade shaving and the Christian TV.

Waited over an hour to be seen then the barber didnt even want to cut my hair, telling me with my curls I needed to go to a salon. Ended up only getting a line up when I really wanted a cut.
