I just received what is possibly the worst experience I have ever had in a barbershop. The barber nearest the door (Frank?) spent about 5 minutes total, cutting my hair. He rushed through the haircut and used his hands to brush away hair instead of using the barber sponge, which Ive seen used by most barbershops. I dont know if this was intentional but he was brushing away the hair so fast it felt like I was being hit on the back of my head and shoulders! If that wasnt bad enough, after a few minutes into the haircut, I could smell cigarette smoke on his hands. The whole experience kind of grossed me out and made me feel angry, I will never get my hair cut there again.

Frank & Mimi are very good. Stick with them and you will get your $15.00 worth. They do a decent job cutting hair and they are good people. I often speak in public at large events so a haircut can be important and Ive never been disappointed with a cut from Frank & Mimi in my 15 years being their customer.

worst $15 Ive spent getting a haircut.. Right when i got home i realized only one of my sideburns have been cut. Everything was uneven, the lady was rushing, not taking her time at all. 1/10 will talk bad about it to my friends.

Been going here for over 10 years without an issue. I cant believe a Barber Shop received a terrible rating because they brushed cut hairs off of someone too hard. Unreal what this world is coming to. WHINERS!
