Fiance went to Moxie, and the cut cost him $47 plus tip! I said, no way am I paying that for a haircut, especially when all I need is a fade on my sides and back. So I went downtown (because I wanted to charge my electric vehicle while parked) and visited the first place that came up on Google Maps, Cavalier Barbers. I asked for a fade, and the barber asked me a ton of questions about how I wanted it, which made it perfect! The environment was fun, listening to Usher and all the barbers singing, and everyone seemed like a big family - carrying on with each other. My hair has never looked this good. I have a man bun on the top of my head, and mid fade down the back and sides. I will definitely return! (And it only cost me $15!)

Nice interior. Wasnt greeted when I entered. Had to ask employee three times where the bathroom was while I waited for him to pull out his ear buds. Waited for an hour (verified by parking receipt) and was cut by two people in line. While being cut the third time I said I was next. The employee said his man was next. I told him I had waited an hour he said his man was next. I left. People who had haircuts looked nice. They probably cut hair well.

Great attention to detail at this shop. I normally get my cut from Supreme, but I have used several of the other guys, and they all do a great job. It can be a little time consuming to get your haircut here, especially around lunch, but its worth it. Call ahead and ask them to reserve a seat for you if you are in a hurry. Great price, too. I used to pay 3x this much at a salon for a similar quality cut.

This place sucked. The barbers were idiots and couldnt do a simple fade. I told the barber exactly what I wanted and he said he knew what it was and how to do it but he kept asking what I wanted again and again. Then he says hes got it and does something completely different when I was crystal clear with my instructions. I would not recommend it and I will never get my haircut from here again

Being new to Charlottesville VA, I was searching for a barber shop. After googling, Cavalier Barbers was close by and had great reviews. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by friendly barbers and was seated within minutes. Received a great cut at a very good price. Cash only. Appointments are available, too. Older place that in time will probably be updated.

This place has to many Barber that are doing nothing they talk on cell phones when qhen have someone in chair for a cut. They take over a hour to cut a persons hair. Even when u have an apointment they just ignore you and take there favorite person baxk to cut there hair instead .

Bad service with fake reports. I walked in for a haircut and the "owner" messed up my hair, was very disrespectful, and charged me twice the listed price for absolutely no reason. Stay away from this place! On top of it all, theyre not open 24 hours.
