Ive been going to Creat several times a week for over a year. I get my work uniforms cleaned after every shift. This Crest used to be phenomenal. Great dry cleaning, fantastic customer service, Thema was the best!! However, a few months ago they switched to new management. Since the change, this establishment has tanked. In a matter of a couple weeks, they have managed to lose 4 of my work uniforms, ripped the sleeve off one, and a huge hole across the stomach area of another. 6 lost or ruined uniforms in a month. Customer service has gone out the window, and when i told them my uniforms were missing, they literally checked one spot and just told me they didnt have them. So where are my uniforms Crest? You managed to lose or ruin over $300 worth of my work uniforms and I cant even get a sorry? I only continue to go because i need over night dry cleaning. That ends today.

This service is fantastic. After an hour commute each way to work & other errands during the weekend, Im glad I can take dry cleaning off my list. I get txt messages twice a week for pickups & a detailed statement with shirt color & brand after each service. After an injury I was happy to know they also pick up & deliver regular wash & fold laundry. Expensive, yes, but a lot of time & effort saved. Whenever I call the staff, they are very pleasant to work with & talk to.

Cleaners promised me on three occasions that they would clean a lovesac (city sac) for me and then kept telling me its too much work to take out foam. I said I was willing to pay for it. They quoted me $50 to do the work and then called me back a week later and said "sorry, we cant do it b/c its too much work". They seem indecisive as to whether or not they are willing to service a long time customer (5 years). Who gets dry cleaning twice a week! Unbelievable

I have been a customer of this store since it first opened. The service is always reliable, on time, clothes are always finished to my full satisfaction and staff are always welcoming. I am very pleased with the customer service and the results of everything I leave for dry cleaning and laundering - mostly dress shirts, suits, blazers, and slacks. I have been doing business with this store since it opened in the 80s and it is better than ever.

The team greeted me when I entered the store. I was surprised at how nice and bright the store looked (it didnt smell funny either). They helped me determine the cleaning needs on a couple of special items and promised it would be ready the next day. It was ready on time and I received an email letting me know it was ready for pick up. The quality of the work was excellent. I had a great cleaning experience and will return!

I am always greeted by friendly people who know my name and how I like the clothes to be done. My order is slightly different from most, and I can count on Crest getting it finished perfectly. I highly recommend the Crest Cleaners at the Colonnade in Clifton, Va. to anyone looking for great, friendly, professional service. The "in by 11 am, pick up at 5" is very helpful, too!

Overall I have used the delivery experience a few times because most of the time I just end up picking up my stuff but I have been very happy with the experience.
