I purchased 3 brand new shirts from Macys. One of my shirts was 50$. I took them to the drycleaner before I wore them, so I could have a nicely ironed shirts. They returned the 3 shirts not properly ironed ( They were completely wrinkled and the collars where bent! Simply Amazing that a dry cleaner would do this!), and 1 shirt had a big spot of dirt on it (the size of a hand). I took the shirts back, saying that this must have been a mistake, and that mistakes do happen. After all we are all human. Maybe that day the cleaner was tired or something. I returned 2 days later to pick up my shirts. This time the shirts were clean, but the collars were burnt, and the Navy colored shirts had shinny collars. One of the three shirts was again not properly ironed. I am not being picky here. No one would be willing to wear that shirt to work. I am talking about wrinkles due to bad ironing all around the collars, shoulders and cuffs. I was seriously shocked by this poor level of work. I was willing to pay more to have a proper dry cleaning. There are plenty of other dry cleaners around. I will not go back to this dry cleaner.

Under new management and the change wasnt good. In the past my shirts were spotless and now the collars dont look like they have been touched. The new manager wasnt helpful at all. I didnt mind paying more when the job was done right. No way Im paying that much for poor quality!
