I wouldnt normally rate a dry cleaner-- you would think pretty cut & dry, right? Not this place!! They completely ruined a pair of my slacks and will not claim responsibility. Im certainly not out to take cleaners a run for their money.. I took in a brand new pair of slacks, Id expect to get something back that looked similar- instead, ruined. I politely told them that I believe they damaged my pants, the manager was quick to reply saying its my fault. I dont understand how these perfectly aligned & shredded holes would appear in the same spots on each leg near the crease of the pant-- but somehow this is all my fault and I "shouldnt have brought them in in the first place". Ive never been treated like that anywhere in my life... not a simple shred of customer service was given to me-- no empathy, no alternative solution or comp or refund, nada.. They see me every week-- not anymore. Bye Felicia! Save yourself and go somewhere else!

Pretty good cleaners, they get the job done. Nice 7/10 in my books.not the greatest in stains but its the best they could do. Ive read the other reviews below but the cleaners changed management so no worries about rude people .
