DO NOT GO TO ZIPS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES!!!! I had a horrible experience at the Germantown ZIPS. I have been a loyal customer of zips for many years and about a month ago I put a coat in to be cleaned. To my dismay, my white coat was laundered not dry cleaned with a red tee shirt. After three visits to the location, I was offered an 85 dollar check and a 20 dollar store credit to replace a 200 dollar coat that I had for just a little over a year. When I told the store manager I never intended to return to that ZIPS, he rescinded his offer and walked away. I left with my pink coat and my dignity and I will be pursuing this matter in small claims court. Its not worth the lower prices, go to DryClean Depot! Their customer service is leaps and bounds better than ZIPS!

I have gone to this ZIPS three times since moving to the area. The first time one of my shirts was replaced with someone elses, but I was able to spot my own hanging on the rack of shirts that were allegedly dropped off that day (and I had dropped it off the previous day). The last (and final) time I went I didnt check my shirts as I was in a hurry and going out of town. When I got to my destination I realized, again, that they had given me someone elses shirt. I have never had any problems with any other ZIPS locations, but I will not be taking my business to this one any more. I simply do not trust them to be able to return my own shirts to me.

I wish I could give them zero star. For over ten years I have been going to the Warehouse in Gaithersburg with no problem but I live in Germantown so last week 7/25/15 I decided to use Zips in Germantown but that was my greatest mistake. Out of 30 shirts 3 are messed up. They must have washed my colored shirt with white one or something. Just like one of the reviewer said I have a bleached spot on all my 3 shirts. Now I am less 3 shirts and best ones too. May be use them for comforters and not expensive clothes.

They werent able to get these tiny brown stains out of my grey suit, which was disappointing. They DID warn me that they couldnt guarantee that they would be able to get them out, but that was the whole point of getting the suit dry cleaned. It was otherwise clean. They also dont accept credit cards for jobs under $10 which I found super annoying. Youre a national chain, not a mom and pops liquor store! Staff was friendly enough.

This is the last straw...They damaged my daughters NJROTC uniform pants(big hole)and once before her uniform shirt came back with ball point pen ink on the front of it which I had to wash right out of the dry cleaning bag to rescue it...Go ANYWHERE else but here...So upset...My daughter just had to call her Commanding Officer with this information and will be unprepared for uniform inspection which she is graded on

M I was told by your manager Mike that if I was not satisfied with my wrinkled item - I could take them elsewhere. MIKE I will do just THAT!!!!!!! And make sure that everyone I know will hear this story. Zip does not deserve a star. Get rid of MIKE because I know He is not a owner with that type of attitude

I will never use their service again. My white pants is now beige, & the gold jewelry on my dress is now black. Every time I use their service something is missing, it looks like they just toss everything in the washing machine. I would never recommend ZIP CLEANER to any one. I will never ever use your services again.

Overall I have been a satisfied customer for over 3 years. One less star for using strong starch on shirts when requested light starch. Some of the shirts @times were wrinkled near the arm pits/back area. All in all I believe Zips offer a good value.

My clothes looked no different than when I dropped them off. One time the gave me some ones clothes and I told them on the spot. They literally had to search every item to find my right clothes

They like to dump almost everything as laundry instead of dry cleaning yet both cost the same. They also no longer charge less for shirts.
