It was simply the worst customer service that I have ever received. I had brought in a couple of dresses and three ties to be cleaned. The ties all had simple, small stains on the front; I’ve had mixed results with ties in the past at other cleaners so I wasn’t expecting too much. Two of the ties came back fine, but one they had ruined. The man behind the counter did not apologize and seemed upset that I asked for a refund (for the tie). He angrily took the tie back and said that they would redo it. I know it was fruitless as it was ruined. I came back a week later and the tie had obviously not been redone. I politely asked for a refund because they had ruined the tie. He told me some weird story about someone having cancer and the doctor not giving a refund if the cancer isn’t cured. Cancer and ties have nothing to do with each other…completely different scenarios. He gave me my money back then asked me to never return! He ruined my tie then asked me to never return…outrageous!!

I have been using Service Cleaners for a few years now and always received the highest quality of service with very reasonable prices. I have taken there various kinds of garments (suits, pants, shirts, ties) and always been extremely pleased with the outcome. I will definitely continue going there and I highly recommend Service Cleansers to my friends and colleagues.
