Terrible Customer Service! Took in a pair of Marine Corps Blues pants to get the blood stripe fixed (The red stripe down the side on the pants- its suppose to have red thread but the first dry cleaners used white thread… no good!) We took it in and said we were leaving at 7 pm the next day and if they could fix it. They said yes and it should be ready about 6 pm the next day. I called a couple times during the day- first time they said call back around 6. Second time, put me on hold and was talking in whatever language to someone else then hung up. I called back one more time on my drive out to grab then at 6 pm. They told me the job is going to be too difficult and that it would take three days. I told them that was unacceptable and I will be there to pick them up and not going to pay for them to sit there. When I went to grab them they had locked the door I knocked on it and the two men at the counter ignored me and told me "no." I finally motioned that I called and I banged on the for till them let me in (A half hour before I had to head out on the road). They were rude and I told them, "Next time dont tell me you will get something done then put it off because you think the job is too hard." I came down with my Marine to drill and called a place in Lynchburg, VA, and told them the situation.I took them in at 8 am and they called me at 5 pm and said they finished it. Too difficult my ass…

Ive been coming to this place for over a year and I recently had a bad experience. I took in a silk shirt that is dry clean only and received it looking worn out and dirtier than when I took it in. Silk typically has a shiny look and smooth feel, but when I got it back it almost felt sticky and had lost its sheen. To make it worse, it appears as if there is a lot of those little balls of lint on it and they didnt even bother telling me of the problem. Of course, after a year of wonderful service I dont bother to check our clothes before leaving the place, but Ive now got second thoughts.

Really cheap- mens shirts are only 95 cents and for dry cleaning, you get 20% OFF!!!!!!!!!!! I sent in my daughters dress that I was going to throw away because it had stains all over it that I couldnt take out, but they got everything out! We ended up keeping the dress :]

When i picked up my shirt it came out ripped and he wouldnt even apologize. He was just blaming on the material when this never happeded with any other cleaners.

Horrible customer service! Does not stand behind their work, very rude when subpar work is questioned. Do not recommend for tailoring at all!
