Zips in Chantilly was on my way home from work so i decided to give it a try. My partner was the one who started a dropping off our server shirts and the account was under his name. The shirts had to be wash and had to be heavy starched. We had been going there for about to weeks and were always getting charged $1.39. All the sudden we notice that my shirts were not being done properly but my partners shirts were. I had pointed it out and returned them for a re-do. This had happen THREE TIMES. I went back to drop off some shirts and pick up my re-dos. This time i was charge $3.50 per shirt because they had claimed that they were chef coats even though i had been going there for two weeks and had always paid $1.39 per shirt. I left so upset from there that i had forgotten to pick up my shirts. I went back in, stood in line and no one wanted to take care of me; they wouldnt even make eye contact. Finally a approached the counter and they acknowledged me. Once again my shirt were not done properly and my partners were. I explained nicely and patiently to the lady helping me that my shirts needed to be heavy starched and pressed again. She looked confused and pointed and the receipt and said, "they are heavy starch and press." I made her feel my partners shirts and compared them to mine. You could clearly feel the difference. She just kept pointing at the receipt over and over. Finally they got the manager involved. To my surprised, she did the exact same thing; pointed at the receipt and said that they were heavy starched. At that point, all i wanted was my money back the get my shirts done properly but the manager refused to refund me the money, took my shirts back and wanted once again to get them re-done. I was so frustrated by the situation and the rude treatment received by most of the employees at that location, that i left in tears. I have shared my story with all my friends, family and co-workers hoping that they dont go through the same situation as i did.

Been taking my shirts there for over 2 years. During my last visit, I had only taken out a $10 bill and the cost was $10.35. I explained to the attendant that I was short and that I will be more than happy to bring the additional $0.35 when I picked up my shirts the following day. Unfortunately her attitude was not what I would have expected from a place I do business on a regular basis, she said she "doesnt make the rules" and that I could take money out of the ATM machine they have there (sure, a $3 fee to pay for $0.35) or take a shirt out of the pile. I ended up taking a shirt out. This was the last time I will visit this business, sad to see people being so inflexible, for 35 cents, you have lost a customer and $400 in business a year.

Let me start by saying I understand your closing early today due to the weather. Here is my issue, I called up there twice today, around 1030 and again at 1 to check on my uniform. At no point did they mention to me that you would be closing early. I drove to the store at 4, only to find it closed. This isnt my first issue with your store. You have creased my military uniform shirt, given my shirt to another person, and now this. I come every week. Im only disappointed at not having my uniform for tomorrow, but the last time I called they could have said, we are closing early. Then I would had wasted my time driving to your store. Its the attention to detail that makes me come to my decision to take my business else where.

The owner is not customer service friendly. When he gets involved because of the issue I am having, it seems like I am bothering him. As a customer for a year, he should be trying to make the customer happy. The cashiers are always friendly but they are very bad at removing stains. The prices are reasonable, but it shows in the quality. A lot of times the shirts are still wrinkled when I get home.

This location will occasionally rip the sleeve of your dress shirt, but say they received it that way. Dont worry though, theyll offer to charge you to repair the shirt theyve destroyed. Heather from Corporate reached out to me via my Yelp review and this review. I provided my email address and phone #....and nothing, no response, I even checked my spam filter.

They ruined a pair of pants and tried to blame 1 of the various bleaching stains on "wallet prints" and "wear and tear." Yeah I use a front pocket wallet and bought the pants like s month ago so nice try...anyways, they also routinely sent me back items that were wrinkled or have to be lint rolled again. NEVER going back, what a sham.

all they do is iron your cloths, they come back just as dirty 99% of the time. And they loose buttons all the time, and dont even replace them. Spend the extra pennies and go to a regular cleaners, I am now! Other than that the service is friendly, and fast. In short you get what you pay for.

I gave them a try . Turned my white uniform shirts into a beige color. No resolution and no restitution. Do not take your expensive or important cloths to them, unless, you are looking for a stained job.
