Its pretty hard to impress me with rudeness, but the folks running this place are some of the nastiest people Ive ever encountered in any such setting. I mean, God help you if you bring your clothes in later in the evening (by which I mean: STILL with more than enough to finish the washing, drying, AND folding) and things are slow and they want to lock up and go home (which they said only after Id put the coins in the wash). I had both of them (I think theyre a couple?) standing on either side of me, picking at me with steadily escalating, loud, bizarre verbal abuse until I - a person known for some degree of general toughness - left in tears, dumbstruck. I mean, who DOES that? And hey, I know we all have our days - and maybe that one time (theyd been merely unpleasant on previous visits - not, like, completely cuckoo-hostile) was one of their worst days, but holy cats yall, it should never, EVER get to that point.

Have been going to this laundry place for the past 10 yrs off and on. Its always empty, which is why I like it. But today was laundry day. Washing clothes with 2 kids can be a challenge. I left so they wouldnt make all the noise in the world in there, went to the bank to get more money. The bank was a bit backed up. Get back and this lady is fussing about the place was packed and people wanted to use the 2 washers i was using. Sooo you want me to stop washing mine so someone else can. Things happen, but she was out of the way. The little lady never acted this way to me. Never will i ever go back to this little Asian laundry place again. The old black guy aint no better. The place is empty and they treated me like they didnt want my money. That is Okay. Time for a change. There are plenty of others.

Very unhappy with the cleanines of the machines and facility in general. Looks like very little attention is paid to the machines inside or out, old dried soap and hair is matted to any machine I tried to use. Used this facility twice now to wash 1 large blanket that wont fit in my machines at home. I was able to overlook the dirtiness of the place the first time, however after returning and being spoken to so tudely by the homeless looking man, who apparently works there, as well as the oriental lady behind the counter. I will never return to this facility. I suggest to not give them your money either. There is a much nicer facility on Staples Mill not far from Lakeside that I will be using moving forward.

I would not recommend dropping off items for laundering by their staff. After a long boat trip, I dropped off towels and one set of custom made oval-shaped boat sheets for laundering. They weighed in a 20 lbs. When I went to pick up, I found 3 towels that did not belong to me and the custom made sheets were no where to be found. They claim I never dropped them off! They did concede however that the weight of my clothes was less than 15lbs. (they originally weighed in at 20 lbs--how do you explain that unless they lost my sheets!). DO NOT USE THEIR LAUNDERING SERVICE UNLESS YOU INVENTORY YOUR ITEMS. THEY LOST MY SHEETS AND NOW CLAIM I NEVER DROPPED THEM OFF. Liars.

If I could give it a 0 I would I came in with a bag of laundry thinkin it only weighed max 15 pds she told me it was 25 and wanted to charge me 30 something dollar and I told her that I was sorry but I was going to machine wash it myself she took the paper reciept she was writing the information down on and started to scratch everything off shaking her head and mumbling curse words at me ..before leaving I apologized again being that seems like I caused her trouble ...customer service was rude rude rude

Definitely not the cleanest place in the world but the machines here are large and Powerful and I highly recommend if you want to get a lot of loads done in a short amount of time! And the dryers are big enough to fit I believe two comforters!

I drop off clothing once per week. My clothes always come back perfectly in tact, smelling great, hung up and some folded. Very very happy with their service, wont go anywhere else!

Not air conditioned, and somehow the woman who runs it manages to be extremely rude even with the little action that is required. The machines do work though.
