I will now only go to this dry cleaners. They are wonderful! The owners are compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. My husbands father recently passed away, we had been so busy with preparations that I waited until the day before the memorial service to press my husbands suit. As I was looking at it I noticed that it had a pretty bad stain on the lapel that I was afraid to try and remove for concern of making it worse. So, I picked up the suit thinking that I could just take it to a one hour cleaners in our neighborhood. Well, three cleaners later I end up at cleaners4less. Frantically hoping that they could clean and press the suit before closing that day. They initially told me that they offer a same day service if dropped off early in the morning but I t was 3p.m. It was difficult to fight back the tears at this point. But, I asked if they knew of any cleaners in our area that provide a 1hour or short term same day service? They said no and I couldnt help but to cry from being overwhelmed. The owner kindly asked to see the suit and said that they could try to spot clean it but may not be able to do anything else. But, not only did they spot clean the suit, they drycleaned it, pressed it and did not charge us as a condolence for the loss of our loved one. This is was above and beyond and truly a blessing to our family during a very trying time. I will now use this cleaners for all of our dry cleaning needs and will recommend Cleaners4less to everyone I meet. Thanks for reading.

Great price and turnaround, but they consistently would break the buttons on my suits. Their explanation was that my suits (Brooks Brothers and Canali) are made with cheap buttons. Prior to moving to Ashburn, I had always taken the same suits to a $1.99 cleaner in Tysons (Dry Clean Outlet on Boone BLVD), and they never broke a button. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, since the suits were all a few years old, and possibly the buttons were cheap and/or fatigued (I usually dry clean suits about once per season). I accepted their explanation, except that even the buttons they replaced would break again. No more.

2nd time Ive taken my peacoat in to be cleaned... first time they refused to take it because it had dog hair on it... well thats why Im bringing it to you to clean it... this time I removed majority of the dog hair off said coat... they wanted to refuse it... then get out their lint roller to see if it will come off... then they are going to charge me extra on top of the dry cleaning for them to take a lint roller to it.... I will no longer be using this dry cleaners to clean my clothes...

My experience here is very good. I found the people at the front to be exceedingly nice (my first time there they were very patient and helpful). And they did a nice job with my shirts -- I cant comment on the dry cleaning actually, I just take my shirts to be laundered and pressed. Also they are are a good deal. I dropped off 10 shirts and my bill was $11 and change. Big plus they are close to my workplace. Happy customer.

Ive been a customer for over two years with decent results, cant really beat the price. Recently picked up an order that included a suit jacket and shirt. The suit jacket was obviously still unclean and the shirt was still buttoned up and didnt have a tag on it. Unfortunately no one at the store was able to remedy the situation.

For the price, youd have a hard time beating it. Ive dropped of shirts, pants, and suits and have never had a problem. Their turnaround is really good too. They dont have a lot of staff, so be prepared to wait in line a little bit during peak times (aka during rush hours). Any other times theyre quick and friendly.

Worst customer service experience! Told my fiancé to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN because she didnt answer if she wanted my clothes dry cleaned or laundered within seconds. Then snapped at the person behind us for asking a question. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
