I would not go back to this place if they offered me a year of free service. I turned in 18 shirts to them. I went to pick them up and the lady starts screaming at me that I turned in shirts with wet ink on them and it ruined all the other shirts?? These are my work shirts. I wear them to the office and back. I told her that the ink stains were not on there when I turned them in but she just kept yelling at me. She said you cant turn in shirts like that. I told her again that I didnt turn them in like that and she told me I was lying to her? By the looks of the other Yelp reviews, I am not the only one with the problem. Where is a little respect? I understand that shirts get ruined sometimes but this lady was crazy.

The ladies over at Crystal Brite are great! My husband took a shirt there that needed to be drycleaned. Other places hadnt gotten the stains out. Crystal Brite was the only cleaning company that could do it! They do the cleaning on premesis so it goes a lot faster. The lady who does the tailoring is the best!!! I had 11 pairs of pants hemmed and taken in and it was perfect. Im a customer for life!

The most horrible cleaners in ashburn. NEVER NEVER NEVER try them. The Chinese lady is one crazy person I have ever dealt with. They lost 2 of my dresses and kept on arguing that it was not in the list of items. They lost the receipt too. Charges horrendously expensive and totally unprofessional behavior.
