I still have to check the garments I had cleaned. My criticism is with the customer service. I dont need a shower of rose petals and unicorns, but the lady at the front was extremely unpleasant both for the drop off and pick up. Its a customer service industry. If you alienate customers, they will go somewhere else.

This cleaner is not reliable for me, they treat customers very horrible, and all my clothes came out ruined and of different color and some were dirty. I will not go to this site anymore They do not accept advice only to blame customers and speak very bad.

I dropped of a $200 dress and they RUINED IT!! The top section was an ivory color and when I got it back it turned a dirty white color!! They wouldnt even do anything about it and blamed it on the fabric being from a third world country????
