DO NOT GO HERE!!! - 911 Police Called! Long story short, my wife went to Crystal Brite Cleaners (AKA Polo Cleaners) to pick up a few items. She paid, but then looked at the clothes and found that the clothes were not pressed correctly, a jacket was ruined, and the clothes didnt smell clean. She brought her concerns to the owner and he started yelling at her that its the material and that it was her problem not his. She asked him politely to stop raising his voice, that she had a 2 year old child with her, and that they needed to work this out. He refused, she called me from her cell phone and I talked to him. This, unfortunately, made the situation worse he kept saying he did his job and that this was our problem. I told him we were not satisfied with his level of service. I also told him you cant talk to people like this, and that if he was not willing to work with us we needed our money back. He refused, took our clothes back while yelling at my wife, he wouldnt give us our clothes back. I then asked my wife to call 911. Police showed up in less than 2 minutes and the owner started arguing with the police! It was absolutely unbelievable, this is no way to behave or run a business. We got our clothes back, but the situation scared my wife and our 2 year old daughter. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they have complaints and have low ratings in all three locations, they refused to give us our money back. The police report was reviewed by the credit card merchant and we received a full refund via that route. Youve been warn, DO NOT do business with this place!!!

By far the worst service I have ever received. First, they have a policy that says in by 11AM out by 5PM, but they give you a hard time if you want it same day. I came in early on Saturday morning and dropped off some dress shirts and asked to pick them up after 5PM. The owner sighed and said “how about Tuesday”, respectfully I said I need them today and he sighed again and was noticeable upset. I came back to pick up my shirts after 5PM and two of them were not finished, I was then told I could get them on Monday which I was fine with. After getting the shirts home I noticed all my white shirts had brown spots on them, which surprised me because I brought them to the store cleaner then I brought them home. I took the three shirts back when I picked up my two shirts they “forgot” to clean from Saturday. The owner’s wife looked at the shirts and used her nail to scratch off the spots, which looked like chocolate, then said to me “no spots”. I informed her that I would like them re-cleaned because they were obviously dirty, and she again repeated, “No spots.” I asked if she would be re-cleaning the shirts and she said, “No, you are the only person who has a problem with your shirts.” I then informed her that I would be taking my business elsewhere and she said, “OK, thank you.”

The incompetence and attitude I experienced in this place today is unbelievable. Normally they do not have teenagers running the front desk, but today was a different story. I went in to have some new slacks hemmed and the waist taken in, and instead of telling me they didnt know how to do it, I received a song and dance about how If you dont have the exact shoes you are going to wear with the suit then we cant do it. That is complete BS, if I was wearing flip-flops or running shoes I could see the point, but I was wearing dress shoes. The implication is that if you ever think that you can get new shoes or wear a different pair of shoes with a suit, then you are out of luck, because the only pair of shoes you can wear with the suit will be the ones you wore when you had the slacks hemmed...so if you get new shoes, throw out all of your suits. His demeanor reeked of I dont want to help you, and I was nothing but polite. I was a patron of this establishment because of the quality dry cleaning and fast and friendly service. Not anymore.

This is the worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. The owners both male and female are extremely rude to customers. They are unable to follow simple instructions. They are unwilling to repair mistakes they made. They ruined the $70 pair of pants because they washed instead of dryclean them and the colors bled from one area to the other because they werent cleaned properly. They refused to take responsibility, they tried to fix the error only to make it worse, they always raise their voice at customers which is completely rude. I will never ever be back to that place again. I do not recommend these cleaners to anyone who cares about their clothes.

This place is amazing! I had this white dress that I bought in Mexico. A bunch of different things spilled on it in my suitcase. I was told at another place that the stains could not be removed. I finally found polo cleaners and they said that they could remove the stains. I picked up the dress and it looked brand new. Fast, friendly, and awesome service. This is my new dry cleaners :)

Too bad I cant give it less than 1 star. These people are total idiots. Took in a sheepskin run. It took 2 months before I got it back. When we got it back, it was worse than what we sent it in as! They also refused to refund our $80 to let them ruin our carpet. Dont ever use these people or you will rue the day you set foot in their store.

DO NOT USE!! They say in by 11 out by 5. Dropped off my items at 9am and came back at 5 for pickup but the items were not ready. Had to make a fuss and then come back later that night to pick them up. I needs my suits for a conference the next day. Wow.
