STAY AWAY, THEY DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES AND DENY THAT THEY DID IT, THE OWER IS A DISREPUTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL ARTIST AT DECEPTION! I used this cleaner to have my professional cotton shirts cleaned and starched. The result was good starch, but marginally clean shirts. On at least three occasions my shirts came back smelling like a locker room. Many times, my finer white French Cuff Shirts showed dirty cuffs when turned up, prior to wearing. They do a marginal job with dry cleaning. I have had many items tailored here, in a year, have spent a few thousand dollars here for tailoring of my suits as I have lost weight gradually and re-tailoring was necessary. In May, I put in a Ben Silver English Blazer in for tailoring, take in and raise sleeves 1/2 inch. This was a fine $900.00 English Blazer, with City of London, 24 Kt. Gold buttons, 4 on each sleeve and two at the front closure. When I got the coat home, which now fit nicely, each sleeve was missing one button and the top front button of the two, all 24Kt. Gold, was broken at the anchor. An attempt was made to re-attach the button with rubber cement. I returned the coat with the problem, left the coat for the manager, who is Korean and cannot speak English. Four days later I returned and informed the owner that I wanted him to buy me a new set of buttons: $225.00 for ten buttons. He flatly refused, He denied damaging the broken button, which was now gone, and denied stealing the two missing sleeve buttons. In the last year, I expect that I have given this business well in excess of $6,000.00 business and received both no respect or consideration for the larceny and the damage to my coat. The women who work for the Korean tyrant are great and are pleasant, but the owner is an idiot, aggressive, and disrespectful as well as a thief. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, tailoring is good, if they dont break or steal your buttons, dry cleaning is marginal, starch in shirts, very good, but shirts are not highly clean and odor free. I am considering filing criminal charges against the owner of the shop and civil action. Note: Ben Silver sent me an entire set of new City of London 24 Kt. Gold Buttons for No Cost, so credit to Ben Silver in Charleston SC. No credit to the thief and the shoddy businessman at the dry cleaner. Extremely shameful and disrespectful owner of this business!!

I brought one of my best suits to these people for cleaning. When they returned it, there was a huge rip in one of the pant legs. When I asked for an explanation, they first said that I must have torn them after I picked them up, because they have a policy of checking every garment before they accept it for cleaning. When I showed them that I had not even taken off their internal tracking label they had stapled to the pants, they still refused to take any responsibility. They simply changed their story and told me that the pants were old and had been "worn through" and not torn.

Aside of having bad dry cleaning; their shoes repair are horrible. I had brought in my Prada, Todds, and Christian Loubutin shoes to get new heels and it was plastic and cracked the next day. They also took/cut off the brands out of the bottom soles. I paid $40 for each shoes! A HUGE ripped off. And they steal the brand labels! I dont know why they need to cut off the labels when all I needed done was to put new rubber heels; since they were worn out. $120 for 3 shoes total...and it cracked the next day.

Poor quality and non responsive to customer comments. Stay away from this cleaners if you care for your clothes. I had been to this cleaners for a couple of times. There were issues on the quaity of thier work but i gave them the benefit of the doubt until I received my 17 shirts as it is with the stain on it. If you care for your clothes and quality work for the money you sepend, STAY away from this store.

Service the worst!!! Customer Service the worst!! they take no responsibility for their mistakes, the owner is a rude individual and they ruined a couple of suits, shirts and pants!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
