They ruined a brand new mens Alfani dress shirt, only 20 days old. Got it at Macys, on sale, for $25. This is really inexpensive price for a mens dress shirt. Im currently working with them to get reimbursed. They offered me a % on a new shirt worn once. If it was a year old, fine. Im a 10 year loyal customer & get treated poorly on my very 1st claim. I hope they realize how much competition is out there.

Horrible. A simple stitch to be made for a clasp and the dress comes back stained and damaged. Will not ever go back.
