Had Terrible Service Here. I took a brand new fresh out of the package button down shirt here to be dry cleaned for a wedding I was going to in another country. I picked up the shirt along with another shirt and a couple pairs of pants also for the trip. A couple days later I started gathering all my clothes for the trip, the shirt was still in the plastic from when I picked it up from the cleaners. I noticed stains throughout the front and back so I took it back and spoke to the owner. He immediately took offense and said " we didnt wear the shirt". I was so mad as to his attitude and lack of care! Luckily the Elements Outlet in Leesburg where I bought the shirt gave me a credit for another one which was embarrassing to take back since it was brand new and never worn.... The owner said that he and his wife noticed the stains before.... My response was, well then why didnt you tell me about it then... And why did you offer to try and take out the stain when you admitted it probably wont come out. Jeeeesh! I have never written a review on anyone but had to share this non-sense!!

The employers so rude and so crooked. I gave them pants for cleaning. Today I went to pickup my pants but it was still dirty. I asked them why you didnt clean the pants? They said : no we cleaned I asked again if you cleaned why it is still dirty? One guy came to me and tried to fighting with me. He want to attack me. I told him I dont came for fighting. It was disgusting. They are Player. They charge people without cleaning the closes. Shame on Crystal Brite ( Cleaners)Shame. For money you can do everything! I wanna inform our South Riding neighbors and everybody even they dont now whats the differences between laundry and dry cleaning !

Ive been their customer for over 10years now and one thing that surprises me is that their price never changed since the first time I went. I read some of the reviews and I dont understand some of them because all the people working there are like the nicest people out there. Everytime I bring something in, it always comes out clean and as how I wanted. Never had bad experience with them and will be there customer forever. I guess some people are different so Id say give them a try first before reading weird reviews! :D

Had my dry cleaning done here a few times over the last several weeks but will not be returning. The people who work here are RUDE. One of the employees will communicate primarily through grunting and awkward facial expressions. Another employee wanted me to come back to pickup in a week for just three shirts. I think theyre lazy and unprofessional. The Clean Mart down the street offers friendlier, cheaper, and more efficient service.

I wish I had read reviews before going to this cleaner. The quality of work is terrible and the staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful toward customers. Similar to another customer, a male employee presented as angry and verbally aggressive toward me. I will drive miles out of the way before ever returning to this dry cleaner.

This is the worst cleaners I have ever experienced. Their service is a very un profesional one. Always questioned the customer when even the cleaning is not done correct. They dont even deserved one star. I will not miss them if they closed for good. He is also so rude.

Overcharge for everything!!! Extremely rude!! Asked why they are charging me for a dress when its clearly a pair of paints for toddler. Charged 10.00 then had the nerve to laugh about it. Dont make the mistake I did! They will try to get over on you, and cant speak english!!

The people who work here are UNBELIEVABLY rude. They lost a blouse of mine -- never even apologized or said they would be on the lookout for it and return if it showed up. I would rather pay more and drive out of my way than go here again.
