Our new washing machine has broken more times than I care to even think of. At first wed drive 45 minutes to my moms house, visit, and do laundry there and drive home. She has a tiny washing machine, and since Im doing laundry for a full household, were there almost all day doing laundry. The second time my washing machine broke and Sears said it couldnt repair it until over a week later, I found Chantilly Coin Laundry. Ive honestly never been to a coin laundry facility, so I wasnt sure what to expect. What I liked: its clean, and I mean there is an attendant cleaning the machines and getting out those bits of mess the previous users left all over the place. I was surprised. I mean, its clean. They use those SpeedQueen machines that have your wash done in under 35 minutes a load. It was great. Getting laundry washed was fast and I was happy with the way everything came out. I made the mistake of underestimating how big a washer to use for my clothing. I should have chosen the bigger, pricier machine over two small machine that ended up costing me more per load. Its best to fork over the $6.50 for the larger load rather than choose two smaller machines at $3.50 each. I have yet to try to drop off service for my clothes, but since my washing machine broke yet again, I might be doing just that.

I went into the laundry mat with dollars and change. I was told that i could not get quarters in exchange for the loose change because it was "burdensome" for the owner, Charlie. He then told me to take my change to 7-11 (get quarters or a dollar bill) and come back to finish my clothes. I explained how my clothes were already washed but needed to dry them. Because i was not satisfied with his response he then took back his "peace offer" of giving me quarters for change and told me to take me wet clothes home. Unfortunately for him, I will go on every review site possible to deter people from dealing with a rude, self righteous business, who does not care about the customer. Im not washing my clothes for free... Im paying for that. And as a COIN LAUNDRY, he should be able to accommodate COINS.

New washer and dryers here. The dryers were very efficient. We had 3 bed spreads and used a large dryer. We only had to extend the time once and all were dry. All the equipment we used were clean and in good working order. Will revisit the next time we spring clean.

Staff is VERY unfriendly... the last wash is at 9:30 but the sign on the door says that they close at 11:00 when I came in at 9:15 they had told me that they had already cleaned up and demanded that I use the $5.00 machine when I only had a few items.

Clean laundromat located in Chantilly, VA right off of Route 50. All machines are fast and prices arent extreme like some other laundromats in the area. Great location.

Its dirty, they have cockroaches. People are rude and inconsiderate. The prices are also too high.
