There is no zero star option so one star it is. Ive been a customer here for four years and today I had one of the worst customer experiences Ive encountered. Dress pants, two wool coats, and blazer all had lint and hair all over them(not my hair). The buttons on the blazer were all coming loose and the trench coat came out full of wrinkles in the front and back. The biggest issue was the faux fur collar on my winter jacket that came out stiff and burnt in places. The owners offered no apologies and were condescending at times. Spoke with them for over thirty minutes to try and find a resolution (the only thing she offered was $2.29 for the dry cleaning I paid, which she then said "I never said that". Do your research folks, your pretty clothes arent worth $2.29 for ruined dry cleaning. As the other reviewer said its Cleaners 4 Less.... less respectable customer service, less quality work, less care about their clients.

So I have been going to this place for over 2 years now. Didnt want to write a review but just want to bring the managers attention to this as I am flying out of state tomorrow morning. I came to this store to collect my clothes at 8:00 PM sharp and they had already closed the doors. The spanish lady (just to point her out) was so unprofessional with how she manages the clients. She goes like "the store is closed, we cant have people coming in at 8:00 PM". These people just say "sorry" if they forget to deliver a whole set of clothes or the clothes are not ready and then we have to make another trip. They need to learn to accommodate their customers who are paying them and not asking for a favor. Heights of unprofessionalism..

Worse cleaner I have experienced in 30 years living in Virginia. When I went to pick up my shirts, the buttons were off two shirts , and the collars were still soiled. The woman offered no apology when I returned the shirts to have them redone. I also had some pants dry cleaned. I asked the clerk to pre-spot the spots. When I picked up the pants, the spots were still on the pants. Worse yet, the man offered no option to have the pants redone. It might be the cheapest drycleaner in town but the worst by far.

The best dry cleaner!!!!! I dry clean everything and used to drive from Annandale to use this cleaners, when I moved away. I am so glad to be back in Leesburg and close to this gem of a dry cleaner. Always perfect!
