They melted the buttons on 2 of my expensive shirts, and took it upon themselves to cut the buttons off and replace them with something else completely different and not tell me. I also took chef coats for a friend of mine to them. They also melted the buttons and then cut all of the buttons off of all of the coats to try and hide it. When I brought the kids back and made them aware of what had done they all acted as if they were confused as to what I wanted and why I was there. They were very aware of what had happened and their actions are completely under handed at this cleaners. I cannot speak for all dry cleaners or dry cleaning customers, but in regards to this establishment based on someones choice to swindle rather than do a job correctly or admit a mistake is absolutely inexcusable

My family has been coming here for 15 years and has had very good relationship with the owners. Until recently my mother had dropped off a formal gown and four of my fathers dress shirts. When she went to go pick up these 5 items weeks later, the dress was not there. When my mother asked where her dress the woman working told her she had already picked it. (My parents had been out of town this whole time) long story short, we have been to the cleaners three time asking for the dress. Every time being told that WE lost the dress at home and they do not have it. They have never once offered compensation for the dress or even acknowledged that they might be at fault for our lost dress. Needless to say we will never be returning to this cleaners.

I have been taking my clothes her for over 10 years now and I have always been very happy! I cant count the number of times they have fixed a rip for me for free or given a discount on my cleaning or let me pick up my clothes and pay the next time when I was short on cash in the past even! They will really go out of their way to help any way they can. Prices are very reasonable and the few times I have needed something rushed they got it done in no time! I have lived in the Loudoun County area my whole life and will use no other cleaners but Purcellville Cleaners! :)
