Been there 3 times. Its close to where I live so convenient. But each time I go my experience deteriorates. This last time I loaded 4 washers, complete with detergent, only to have to switch them to ones that work. Then 2 dryers didnt work. Roaches crawl up from the machines. I lost $10.00 this last visit and stuffed my refund paper into the box with the others. The sign says its checked daily. No one has called - its been 3 weeks- and now the number is no longer in service. The 3 stars are for convenience, being well lit, and having enough machines to switch to when one (or 4) are not functioning. With a little attention it could be 5 stars. SAD.

Ive always wondered if they are great & safe. Some of you have helped, both the minority of you, have not. What is the prices of the washers & the dryers? I have heard they are expense!!! And, if there is roaches, are there many unclean ones that are (bed bug-carriers)? If so count me out! Have they fixed the washers & dryers yet? Have you received your money you lost in the machines back yet? And, has the place been sprayed on a regular basis for cockroach infestation! If the management wants business fine but if not The Washington County Health Dept. may shut them down until the problems are resolved.

Its smells like $#*T when you walk inside. The bathroom is dirty and smells like piss. No changing table for young children. Floors are filthy and they never reimburse for machine that take your money and dont work. Never anyone on duty to help customers out. If I could rate this place with negative stars it would be negative -10*. Your better off washing and drying clothes in your bath tub @ home.

Cant go wrong with a place like this. Its safe, clean, and you can run up the street without worrying about your stuff being taken.
