It has been a little while since Iv been in, however, everytime I do come in I have a pleasant experience. I have always had great customer service. In fact, I have noticed on many occasions that when the owner is in, if he notices children eyeballing the vending machines he will many times get himself a snack & xtras & ask the parent permission to give the children snacks which is very sweet. Iv seen this happen on numerous occasions when I was going regularly before getting my own washer & dryer & even still niw that I only go on occasion to wash my comforter. I come for the convenient xl sz washer & dryers to be able to wash my large comforters more effectively & I dont have to worry about going to get a bunch of quarters 1st either. The only reason Im not giving this a rating of 5 is bcuz there have been quite a few times that I have come in & had to search for a washer that didnt have anything in the detergent compartment. When there is detergent or anything at all already in there, theres no way of knowing if theres bleach in it or detergents that can break out my skin thats sensitive so I dont usually change up anything like that especially not knowing what type. I feel they should check the machines more frequently & do what they need to such as maybe run an empty machine if necessary if thats what it takes to get the detergents to empty out & free up the machines. Other than that, my only other suggestion would be to have the ability to either go online or call a # to check ur balance of ur reloadable ace laundry card. This would be helpful for people on a tight budget to know in advance if they have enough money to take the time to go to the laundry mat & not waste precious time & gas. Still, this is my top choice for washing anything if Im unable to wash at home for any reason.

Very clean with convenient payment for machines and friendly staff Update 1/27 over the course of 3 hours I have had the most irritating experience ever. I will not remove my previous rating but I want the management to know what has gone on all afternoon. Shortly after I began my laundry a lady working there with a short bleach blonde hair do began screaming that she was going to quit because a note about her floor cleaning skills was left in the drawer and continued to scream about it, using expitives and throwing a tantrum around the store and outside the store to anyone who would listen. I left for one hour thinking she would be done but she was still screaming when I got back. In the meantime multiple people put money into a broken machine and complained to her and nothing was done to alert others that the machine was broken as she was too busy screaming about how great her work ethic is. She is currently still screaming in the parking lot at 530 and I got here at 220 today. I have never seen her here before working but if shes on duty the next time Im doing laundry I will definitely be walking out

Ive been going here since theyve opened. And its about what youd expect for a store thats been open for more than 5 years. Its perfectly serviceable. They use a card system instead of coins. Washers take about 30 minutes. Driers are 20-40 minutes depending on what youre drying. I typically take two weeks of laundry for two people and it takes me around an hour to wash and dry and then 30-45 minutes to fold. I use 3 small washers, 1 medium washer, and 4-5 dryers. Total cost is between $15-18. Its $2-something for the small washers, $4-something for the medium washers, and I dunno about the large washers. Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes of dry time. I knocked off a star because not all of the machines run the same. Some of the dryers are hotter than others. Not a huge deal but worth remembering.

Best laundromat in town from Wilmington to Carolina Beach. Its clean, theres a super friendly attendant on staff, and ALL of the machines are working and work great! We travel from CB to go here to do laundry. Its well worth the drive.
