Great dry cleaner. It can be somewhat easy to dismiss them because they are a little on the pricey side especially when you compare them to the dearth of $.99 dry cleaners in the Merrifield area. However it is worth noting they use much higher quality products to clean and press my clothes. My previous dry cleaner used cheap starch. My shirts felt like drywall and were wrinkled by the time I hit my desk in the morning. Now, my shirts feel softer AND hold their press throughout the day. But what Ive noticed even more is the lack of wear and tear on my shirts. My only issue with them is on 3 occasions, I beat their employees to work. One time it was by 20 minutes.

Took 10 shirts to this place; they lost all 20 collar stays for my shirts. Went back to them and they said they take them out and attach them; problem is - they didnt attach them. Its a nice thought, but if you dont follow through with attaching them, youve just lost all of your customers collar stays. They offered to give me some other stays once they collected some from I guess other customers they forgot to attach them to. Didnt offer a refund. No thanks. Never return.

Good enough dry cleaner but a little pricey and because they dont clean on site, your clothes may be late . We were told 4pm, but our clothes arrived at 420pm. Nice that they are open 7 days and have next day pickup but the exception is that if you leave clothes Saturday, it is ready 5pm Monday...if their delivery is on time. $13 to dry clean a suit and $5.50 per tie. They said Id get free laundry bag, but were out of them on pickup. Ill update this if my 2ND pickup is better.

New store. I dry cleaned my ties and down coats, which were not properly handled by other dry cleaners, and this store nailed it! Will definitely come back.
