Absolutely unprofessional staff. I have been taking my shirts to cleaners for over 25years and this is the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. The lady practically threw the receipt on the counter and walked off after declaring there is a stain in my cleaned shirt, and she doesnt know how it got there. When I asked for her manager or owner to report the customer disrespect shown, she refused and said "you dont have to come anymore if you dont like the service" disappointing and if I had a choice I would give a NO STAR rating to this outfit.

HORRIBLE service. Went twice. First time no real issue. Asked for a phone number and did not say another word to me. Second time I took multiple articles for cleaning and a pair of jeans because of a hole. When I went to put on the jeans a two months later I noticed the same hole with no alterations. I took them back, the same individual said there was nothing she could do. The jeans still had the cleaners tag in the waist. She was rude and unprofessional. Will not return.
