We came here and spent over a few thousand dollars for dry cleaning for two years. Hey but you get what you paid for. They ended up losing my husbands suit jacket that was getting altered. Mind you this jacket at retail with alterations cost us over $600. They charged our card twice for a separate transaction and still have yet to refund us after 30 days. This company has lost the jacket and stated at one point they had to take the jacket home when alterations should be done in house. Does that make any sense? So after a month they of course didnt find the jacket and so they have to give us what compensates it. Which is only half of what we paid for. They said that we had to give them the pants if they give us the money for the jacket... WTF. So after arguing with them they say we can keep our pants out of courtesy? Again does that make any sense? They admitted that this happens often so they know what to refund but there regulations on refunds are outdated so be aware! The girls at the front are super kind and work super hard. But management sucks here and needs to take some responsibility. We shouldnt have to argue so much for your mistake as a company.

Sad when you can not get what you ask for and pay for these days. Took my jeans in and made it clear NO CREASE. tag was even put on belt hoop NO CREASE. When i picked them up, guess what? Crease. I went back with jeans and told the lady behind counter and she goes, "where i dont see no crease..where? ". I showed her and she points to belt loop with the tag that says no crease. See? She says. I said yes i know thats why i was wondering why the crease was in it... She took it to other lady and talked and came back and said, " yea i see it now, At first i didnt. We can do it over for you. They did and unfortunately still had crease when it came back.. Not thrilled with the experience or with her slightly elevated attitude. I help as a customer write their paychecks, and without the paying customer, you have no business. Is there actually a dry cleaning in existence today that cares and stands behind their work? Or has all America gone to HELL?

I used to take our clothes here before Zips came to town on Liberia. I have to say, while they are cheap they ruined so many buttons on our shirts. From my work shirts to my husbands dress shirts they all came back with numerous cracked and missing buttons. Once I brought something in and ask the person specifically if it was something they could clean. I asked this b/c it was a poncho style blouse w/ fringe. She said yes of course. When it came back it was completely ruined. I threw it away right in the store. Im guessing it was an issue of the language barrier. Point is, don’t take anything here that is important because eventually it will get messed up.

Drop off 3 shirts. Asked if theyd be done the next day, was told yes. Go today to pick them up. Was told they arent done and was girl says I told you 2 days. I said no you didnt and my receipt shows 1 day. I ask for my shirts cause I am leaving in the am for out of state and they said they are unmarked in a pile of wet clothing. I then asked her to get my shirts and was treated very rude just to get my unclean shirts back. NEVER GO HERE. To top it off, I call back. The girl I spoke with I could hear laughing and say, This guy is Fing Rediculous. Will definitely call BBB and report the business.

Great place. Ive been doing business there for over 8 years (averaging about 20 to 30 items every two weeks). I have had two incidents during this time frame where items were either lost and/or damaged. On both occasions the staff (including management) was great on addressing the issue and making sure I was appropriately reimbursed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable dry cleaning services.

Majorly disappointed. I had 4 shirts, 3 slacks, and a sport coat cleaned. Well. I paid to have them cleaned. The shirts didnt look like they were ironed at all. Sleeves were all wrinkled. The jacket came back covered in hair and lint. DIRTIER THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. Wrinkled all over. Just a piss poor job. 2 stars because the pants were just okay. Not horrible like the rest but somewhat presentable.

Definitely one of the worst experiences Ive had with dry cleaners in this town. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Its sad, I would rather drive to Gainesville and pay extra then to deal with them. Sad thing is my bus stop is a block from their location. Everyone on my bus has had the same experience.
