On April 10, 2017 I picked this place after looking up for the best reviews for dry cleaners in Northern Virginia for my $300 brand new Hugo Boss shirt. I made it very clear to them that this shirt is for my next week upcoming wedding and even though its brand new with its labels still on, I need it to be extra clean and pressed! The lady on the front counter assured me not to worry! 5 days later I picked it up with a black smudge on the collar and wrinkly all over. I complained how a 5 star review establishment can go so wrong on my brand new straight from the store wedding shirt! She then took it to the back for 2 minutes with the smudge removed and a bit wet on that spot. To my surprise they charged me only $2.90 when I thought this would be a $15 service. Anyway, no damage done. I took it home and ironed it myself! However, I wouldnt trust them again with anything very valuable. The only reason I had to rate this business here was to save anyone else from bringing something very valuable and not to be fooled by the review ratings and low price.

I used this service because they have pickup lockers in the basement of my building, and after an oven grease fire thats made our apartment uninhabitable temporarily and required thorough cleaning of everything, I wanted to get soot smells out of my work suits and nice jackets. The owner could not be a nicer, more responsive person, and my clothes were returned to me promptly and in excellent condition. He even personally let me know that he double checked them to be sure that they didnt smell of smoke and that he would put them in a special ozone room if there was any remaining odor. Highly recommend: nice owner, prompt service, responsive business, and quality service.

Update to previous post. I had a negative experience with this company. The owner called me immediately and resolved this issue. I was very impressed with this and appreciate them working with their customers like that. This was a very good demonstration of how important their customers are to them. Appreciate the quick responsiveness and resolution to my concerns. Cleaning prices are very competitive and I love the home pickup and delivery.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They messed my clothes up. Couple shirts pants as well. Then the manager says maybe we are night the right company. Instead of fixing employee issues the manager would rather loose customers. It does not make sense.
