First - they do an average job of cleaning at slightly above average rates. There are two women working here - the younger one is unfailingly polite and cheerful, the other is unfailingly rude and glum. I used to use this place regularly as it is near where I live. No longer. About a month ago I dropped off some shirts at a very busy time - the clerk (the rude one) did a quick count, and then said that she would call me to confirm. No problem there..I got a call later that day - she informed me that I had dropped off 8 shirts. When I picked up the shirts there were only 7. I complained, reminded the clerk that she had called me and told me there were 8 - she denied having called me, but then said that they had some shirts on a rack that they did not know the owners of. I went to the rack and found my shirt - it had a large tear in the sleeve. The clerk tried to tell me that it had "come in like that" simply untrue. We went back and forth about it - she denied having called me with the shirt count, did not have an answer when I asked why they hadnt called me if they had discovered the shirt was damaged, or mentioned it when I picked up the other shirts. I got nowhere, not even an apology. My advice: Take your business elsewhere.

It is truly shameful its my local dry cleaning and I have nothing positive to say about them, they are horrible, take your business else where! Stains didnt come out, they screwed up on the alterations. They dont offer next day service and its over priced I could go on and on. Get out of Urbana! We demand better for this area.

My wife brought in sofa cover. The lady there was extremely rude to my wife. They even talked to other customer about us. No way that is not the way to do business! Stay away. Their rate are expensive. Go elsewhere!
