Its a dump - dont waste your time. I tired them out for home delivery (wanting to support a local business). They lost my clothes - delivered them to the wrong address and werent even apologetic. I should have left then but I tried the drop off/pick up method, hoping things would improve. They did not. The staff is rude and obviously hates working there ( with one exception but I cant remember her name). My husband likes his shirts folded because he travels for work but could this business get it right? Never! I finally gave up and went to Julians where the staff is courteous and professional. They even phoned me when my order was ready early. Dont waste your time/money on Town and Country!

i brought in a shirt that i only wore once to this place and when i got it back it was dirty. They tried to clean it two more times and it didnt work. Also, some how a pen mark got on one of the cuffs. They tried to blame how the shirt was made but I called the store where i bought the shirt and the manager told me that he owns many of the same shirts and has had them cleaned many times with no damage. They ruined my shirt. Do not take your clothes to these horrible dry cleaners.

Avoid! Was new to the area and shopping for a decent dry cleaner. Figured Town & Country would offer a superior customer experience given there pricing relative to local peers. This is not the case. In fact, the experience I had at Town & Country would suggest the opposite. The store manager is dishonest and the quality of the dry cleaning provide is average at best. I would recommend avoiding these guys as there are plenty of far superior places in Rochester.

I have never found reason for complaint and have always appreciated how crisp and clean my garments look when returned to me. I have been a customer for many years, and there has been seamless transition since management has changed. I will remain a loyal customer.

Did a good job on my suit, Unfortunately they put it under the wrong name I had to try and fix that on the phone. Then when I went to pick it up he asked me if I was sure if I hadnt already picked it up . I think I will give them another shot if I need a dry cleaning again, but they dont seem to be very organized.

First time customer. Dropped off five shirts and a pair of pants to have just the button fixed. Only two shirts were ready by the promised date. When I picked up the rest of my order the pants button was fixed nicely, but the pants were pleated...there are not supposed to be pleats in them. Wont be returning.

They dont accept credit cards and this was something I never understood in this day and age. But I put up with it, until they absolutely destroyed my shirt and said it came in that way! I use 1-800-DryClean exclusively now and they pick up and deliver to my home.

I had to get my uniform cleaned and pressed for a funeral the next day. They received it at 1:00 pm and had it ready at 4:30pm the same day. They went out of the way to help one of their neighbors. Good people with great service.
