I went to drop off some drycleaning one Friday. I figured it looked like a decent shop. I needed my vest repaired there was a tear at the seam. I figured it wasnt a very hard repair but I didnt have time to do it myself. I needed the suit and shirt ready for the career fair. The career fair was Wednesday. They said they needed till Tuesday after 4pm. It would take 5 days? At first the lady said they send repairs off to a third party while it clearly says tailoring done on premises (might have since changed). Another employee said she would do it instead. I arrived Wed the day after the ticket told me I could pick up my suit. The repair was horribly done. Worst of all the employee was scrambling to find my shirt which was not even wrapped yet. So in conclusion poor service, poor tailoring, took 5 days when it clearly says one hour service on the sign outside. They didnt have it ready in time. It made my blood boil. This whole experience could have been a fluke but to be honest. Im never going back.

Back in the summer I took a pair of ladies crop pants to be dry cleaned and pressed. They came back with creases in places that shouldnt have. I took them back and was told they couldnt press them without putting creases in. I explained that that didnt make sense because they have to have ironing boards to do sleeves on suits without creases. Needless to say, the pants came back again with creases where they shouldnt be. However, I didnt give up on them yet. I took a ladies jacket to be cleaned and pressed last wk. It came back w/ the same spots and didnt smell like it had been cleaned, and I say that because it didnt have the dry cleaner fluid smell. Also the sleeves still had the creases at the wrist where the sleeves had been turned up, and wrinkles in the back at the hem from sitting on it. Took it back and complained and they sent it back to be redone. Guess what, they spot cleaned the places marked with green tape and thats pretty much it. Im through!
