I have been using this dry clean facility for about a year and a half now and have probably spent around $1,000 total and always liked it because of cheap fast service. Overtime I have seen a gradual decrease in the quality of turnout on shirts and pants, sometimes a burn mark or a "new" small stain somewhere, but not bad enough to say anything or take it any further as far as complaints. I have also has my pants and shirts mixed with another customers clothing before. More recently was the last straw when I dropped off roughly twenty or so pieces of clothing, which was my usual work clothing I always use. When I picked up they had told me their was one shirt that couldnt be cleaned which I thought unusual but received the clothes and went back home to hang. They stuck that one in the middle of all clothing. Upon taking my clothes out of the bags I noticed one of my work shirts, which I have my company logo stitched on by the way, was extremely dirty around the collar with a stain on the right chest area, upon taking out the shirt they said they couldnt clean which was just wrinkled when I dropped it off, I saw something I still cant get over, it literally looked like someone got shot or had a high capacity blow to them on my shirt, it looked like blood spatter that covered the entire area of my shirt, which was faded so I assume it was washed at least once, Im not even going to pursue this one, hopefully its not blood but does look convincing to me. Anyways I will pay a little more and take my business elsewhere thought I would tell my story. Hope no one else has this experience.

Do Not Use. Ive been a customer for several years, and have had several issues with clothing getting mixed up, holes on clothing, etc. Beyond normal dry cleaner wear and tear. However, for the past year or so, their customer service and care of garments has gone rapidly downhill. The final straw was today, when for the second time this month a button was ripped off a garment. The manager took me into the back to show me the container of buttons--I was shocked. Thousands of buttons thrown in a bin, clothing piled on the floor and under machines, and a rude, unhelpful manager who lied to my face, and told me to leave. Id rather pay a couple bucks more and know my clothing wont be destroyed.

DO NOT USE this drycleaner! They lost a $300 jacket and it took weeks for my husband and I to even get ahold of a manager to figure out what happened. At the end, they took zero accountability for their error and had no protocol for resolution in this type of situation. The Manager, Doug, was extremely rude about the situation and even screamed at me on the phone. I in turn filed a complaint to the BBB, no customer should be treated in this manner and there is a way to communicate bad news to a customer because I do understand human error can result in situations like these. I stress again, DO NOT USE!

This is the worst dry cleaners that I have used since moving here 7 years ago. They consistently leave ring around the color of my dress shirts and hard to iron out creases in my suits and dress shirts. I have brought this to the managers attention and his excuse is that they do such a high volume they cant worry about quality. Its sad that this is the most convenient location for me and i choose to drive to rockville to get my dress clothes cleaned. If I could give a negative rating i would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

In my opinion you get exactly what your paying for.....cheap dry cleaning, at least at this location. I had a linen blazer with coffee on the lapel cleaned twice which didnt come out, and I also had pants cleaned after spilling pop on them returned and by feel it seemed as if they had never even been cleaned. I suggest taking your business to another cleaners and paying a little bit more.

I cant believe how rude and shady this place is! I will not take my clothes there anymore because of how I was treated as a customer and how some of my items turned up "missing". The manager Chris didnt help and was incredibly disrespectful and arrogant when I approached him about the problem. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

This is the best dry cleaners that we have been in, in the area. We moved here from N.Y. 5 yrs ago, we have found them to be pleasant and do a great job. We both have suits and dress clothes and have never had a problem. We travel from Martinsburg for the best price and job.

Ive used these folks for the past 6 years and the do a fairly good job with my Business Shirts and slacks. Theyve only once destroyed 1 of my brand new casual shirts. And one time they swapped my pants with someone else. Good deal for the money.

Been using ZIPS Cleaners since 2005. Best cleaners ever. Great price. Always on time (next day by 5pm). Clothes look great weather its paints, shirts or my silk duvet cover. The help is always friendly and helpful.

Ruined my favorite jacket. The arm length must have shrunk 2 inches. On the plus side, if you have an item that is too big, it may fit after taking it here.
