BE AWARE! Not the best service/cleaning you can get around the area, but things went really bad when they ruined one of my favorite sweater the other day. The sweater has seriously damaged with a huge hole sized around half of my palm. When I brought the sweater back, the lady I first talked to did nothing but said "I will tell them." and acting like it is none of her business. I had to go back the next day and talk to the owner in person. This time was even worse-- the owner tried everything but apologize/ admit it was their fault, and even accused that maybe my non-existing pet ruined the sweater. At the end she agreed to pay less than 50% of the sweater value; the whole process was unpleasant and upsetting. I am not going back.

Sorry, but this cleaners does not get any stars! DO NOT GO!! Got my queen bed cover back and not only did they NOT take care of the two small spots I had marked for them but it came back w/a new spot!! Also note - only cash & checks allowed. A small hand written sign is stating this but it is next to the cash register - when you drop something off you do not see the sign. Very Unfriendly staff!! This cleaners will not be getting any more of my $$ nor my family & friends! Had to give them one star only because I could not post this w/out one!
