POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Buyer Beware: I have been a patron of this business off/on for over 2 years. While their performance is just average, the customer service is terrible. Recently(9/21/13) I picked up my last load from this particular cleaners. That friday I went to look for a shirt from said load since I did not have time during the week to organize the clothes back into my closet. I noticed that I was missing one of my polo shirts. The next saturday(9/26/13) I went to the cleaners to notify them that I was missing one of my shirts. The response I received from the owner, Suu(Older Korean Lady), was appalling to say the least. She specifically started with,"No, no, no!" I replied calmly there was no need to shout and I was just trying to figure things out. Maybe there was a mistake made somewhere and I was willing to wait to get to the bottom of things. Her response was even more astonishing to my request. She informed me that it was "impossible" that they would have lost my shirt and I "needed" to double check in my house. I could see the conversation was not going to move further than there at that point. So I go back and check around my apartment; I even do the laundry to make sure I didnt toss it in there in a drunken stupor one night. (She got me to second guess my own-self! lol) Anyways, fast forward two weeks and I stop by there to give her an update that it was no where to be found in my home. She cuts me off mid-sentence to say,"No. We do not have any extra shirts left over here. Even if it went to somebody else clothes, we cannot do anything and we always count the shirt. So you have it somewhere." She refused to do anything, compromise or even admit that a mistake could possibly have been made. The worst part is, she admitted that even if they did make a mistake, she was not willing to do anything on her end to remedy the mistake until the other customer brought the shirt back to the store. Needless to say, I am not returning. I am also korean and could not avoid this tragedy, so enter at your own risk.

Ive been using this cleaner since they opened. They lured me in with the 25% off discount, which ended up being a permanent fixture of their business. For the most part theyve done a decent job- I wouldnt say anything over the top. Then I had to have some pants hemmed- let out the hem of one pair and take up the hem on the other. They swapped them by mistake, leaving one pair even shorter than I needed and the other longer than I needed. They were decent to fix it and ended up paying for a replacement of the ones they shortened bc they couldnt fix them. They didnt outrightly pay- they gave me a store credit for the cost of the pants. Most recently, I had a shirt cleaned which had some texture to it. When I got it back, the texture had been flattened out in some places while other parts were still in tact- the overall look of the shirt was bad. It was a brand new shirt- worn once, so it was taken back to the cleaners to explain what happened. The clerk helping immediately got defensive saying we must have asked for the wrong type of cleaning and refused to fix it. The store owner stood nearby listening and didnt bother to chime in. I wont go back. Seems they have enough clients that service is not priority.

I went in to pick up my clothes on 10/18/12 and one of my shirts had a stain and 5 holes. The guy said that they dont take clothes with holes, so he is almost sure super cleaners did it. The owner left me a message and I went in to speak with her 2 days later. She grabbed the shirt in question and immediately became angry and accusatory. Her demeanor is described below. Her favorite customer is a passive one. If you have money to burn and you enjoy rude, irresponsible businesses whom will lie and accuse you of destroying the clothes you entrusted to them, this is your cleaners. Soo Na - Asian (Korean) - 45-55 years old - 145lbs - 411 - dislikes assertive people. 1. Looked at me with disgust and tuned me out. 2. Lied to my face and told me there was nothing she can do. 3. Slammed 4.50 on the counter and told me to never come back (I spent 19.50 and 40.00 on my shirt.).....Why the tiny refund if there was no error? 4. Pointed her finger in my face....seriously? 5. Accused me of putting the holes in my own shirt.....Wow! 6. Attempted to talk over me 7. Acted this way in front of 6 employees and 2 customers (everyone acted as if this was normal behavior for her.)

WONT GO BACK TOO!!! I started using this cleaner not long after they opened up. In the beginning they were very pleasant but as their business grew their customer service got worse. The young man at the guest talks to you like he is doing you a favor. I dry cleaned a lab coat and asked for it to be starched, they forgot to starch it and when I complained they lied that the fabric does not hold starch. ( I started cleaning my lab coat close to work and yes, it is starched all the time). Another time they left a stain on my white golf shorts, when I complained the young man said he knew nothing about how clothes are cleaned and couldnt help me. I asked for the manager, she was away so I had to come the next day. The next day I returned and the owner (a lady) was instantly defensive and rude. The young made made a comment that summed it all, he said "you guys always bring problems". By the phrase "you guys" he was referring to my demographic. Thats the kind of customer service you get when you have an issue with their service.

The place is poorly run and not very friendly. I brought them 3 brand new dress shirts still in the packaging. I asked them if they wanted me to remove all the packaging and they told me it was fine. They would take care of it. They did not remove all of the packaging on two of the shirts. They completely melted the tags into the shirts. They told me, after I discovered the issue to go ahead and pay for them then I could come back another day later and pick them up again. I came back a day later and one of the shirts was still ruined. I had to have them replace the shirt. The owner, a lady, was extremely rude about all of it. She argued with me on the receipt that I brought her back, that they were the wrong price. She still made me pay for the dry cleaning even though I never got my shirt actually done. Over all I would recommend that everyone stay away from this establishment. Awful service

I was a loyal patron at this cleaner when it first opened. Im been there several times in the past. The last couple times have been HORRIBLE! I took my leather letterman jacket there to be cleaned only to receive it back in the same condition as I brought it in, not to mention it took twice the amount of time for nothing. The second transaction, I brought in a pair of designer, high end Guess Jeans and Isaac 6 Evolution Jeans to be hemmed. I requested to keep the original hemm and the "Owner," after a several trips there was very nasty and basically walked off from me while I was talking to her about what had happened. She then threw the $12 dollars back on the counter, as if I were an animal told to retrieve it. I will NEVER go to this cleaners again. Please avoid this cleaners because the service is horrible and the customer, quality is subpar! An upset West Broad Village Homeowner....
