Horrible place to have your clothes cleaned. I dropped off a linen suit and it came back to me looking as if someone poured bleach on it. I went round and round with the owner and she refused to reimburse me. Finally, after months, she gave me a pittance (under $100) in return. This was because I had the suit analyzed and it indicated that they had improperly used the cleaning agent while cleaning the suit causing the suit to be ruined. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE.

I will no longer be doing business with Classic Cleaners on Hathaway Road. I used them a few years ago; they lost a nice sweater of mine and never reimbursed me for it so I stopped going there. Recently I tried them again; they cleaned a pair of slacks and ruined them - same situation, no reimbursement.
