Quite a let down. On 06/27/2017 I reached out to their recruiter Julie for a position that I saw on online job boards. Her automated email message stated that she was out of town and I could get in touch with her partner Timothy (Tim). I sent him an email with my resume as well and he got back in touch with me right away. I was invited for a face-to-face meeting with him in the Fairfax office. The office is very beautiful and I spotted lots of professionally dressed and well groomed young recruiters running around in the office looking busy. I felt hopeful because I saw one candidate leave the office with a smile on his face and it looked like he had an already established professional relationship with quite a few of them. Recruiter Tim was very friendly and we went over my resume together. He asked me a few pre-screening questions to assess my strengths, my weaknesses, and my career goals. I requested an honest feedback/constructive criticism to see if there are things I need to work on to improve my employability. He stated my resume looked very good, I interviewed well and that he had a wonderful position in the mind for me that I would most likely be a good fit for. He said he would reach out the hiring manager and get back to me on it soon. He had Julie, his partner, contact me to take Prove It! test to see my Microsoft Office skill level for the position of a Junior Analyst. She asked me if I would be able to pass the FBI background check and the credit check for the position. I said I was not worried about the FBI check but being a poor person with a $100,000 college loan I might not pass the credit check because I had a few loans in default status but I had been working with creditors to fix that. I had experienced crime a few years back and it caused me to leave my college and just go off the grid for a while to recover emotionally. I am back in the running again and I can supply the employer with proof that I was reclaiming my financial situation again. She assured me as long as I had proof I would be fine. I took the Prove It! tests and I am ranked in the 90th percentile for all the tests I took for aerotek as asked. YET: I have no longer been able to get hold of my recruiter Timothy since then. I did manage to briefly get hold of him and he said the last he heard she was submitting my resume forward to the hiring manager and he would get back to me on it. I even left him a voicemail requesting him to call me back so I can clarify the credit check situation with him because I told him I sensed that Miss Julie might have been turned off by it. He has not made contact with me in reference to that which is honestly not fair. At least allow me a chance to explain myself. Its not like I am a criminal or I am looking for handouts. As per his statement I was qualified enough to send my resume over to the hiring manager. So what happened? They had told me they need someone to start by July 11th. Today is July 6th and nothing at all from either him or Julie. I am sure they are busy but surely they can make time to communicate with candidates like me who are giving our 100% and are actually scoring well on the tests they require us to take. I am feeling very disheartened and wondering if it was all a big lie to make them look good so they can meet their daily quotas of amount of candidates they interview as per the glassdoor reviews. Even few minutes ago I tried to contact him but he ignored my call. I wont bother trying again. If they want to find me gainful employment, they know where to find me. I believe God has a place for me and I have to be patient after all.

I tried to find a job with this agency for a couple of weeks. My representative Meghan Mullins never returns my emails or my phone call regarding any available assignment. I though this agency was great but sadly I was wrong.

If there is less than one star they would deserve it all there jobs online is a lie they dont have I worked with Jonathan he said if we have something will let you know they have alot online when I apply they never call
