im not even sure where to begin on how horrible the people in this organization are. 1) if you ever want to take time off for ANYTHING... you have to jump through more hoops than you can imagine. I advised the managers (and I use that term lightly) that I needed a certain date off that was a MONTH in advance and they treated me like I was trying to be sneaky or underhanded asking me question upon question on WHY I couldnt be on my assignment. 2) THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE. They care only for the money you will make them by being on-site day in and day out. if there is EVER an issue on the job. The exclusive managers will not listen to your input, your ideas, your side of the story. what the Employer says will go... Even if it is wrong or even if it is a lie. 3) When they show up on-site at your job... LOOK OUT! someone (or everyone) is about to get "let go". Dionne Bazille brought doughnuts to our location once and the VERY NEXT WEEK, Six (6) people were removed from the job. NO NOTICE! they dont even care. they dont try to give you a "Heads Up" because youve got bills to pay. they just call (or email, thats dionne and deserias favorite) you and tell you its over. 4) If you request anything, its almost as if youre bothering them. LOOK! They do NOTHING at Franklin St. Their "employees" work at richmond public schools or capital one or something, the employees arent at the MAIN building but when you attempt to contact them they act as if theyre TOO busy to do anything for you. TRUST, I know those who have worked at the Franklin office, they arent busy, they barely show up. and... 5) When they look at you, its down their noses... When they talk to you, its with disrespect. Its almost as if Dionne and Deseria are in competition to see how inconsiderate they can be. I am truly surprised that they have run exclusive this long because the way they treat people are awful. Lastly, and unfortunately... In many cases on-site you will also have to deal with employees on-site that dont see you as an equal or even a person worthy of a hello. With so much negativity from your "employers" at exclusive and apathy from the on-site "environment"... you will be on your OWN! Please, if you see Exclusive Staffing... RUN!

I have worked for Exclusive Staffing for over a year and am ending my assignment this Friday, as a result of being offered a permanent full-time job with another company. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I have not had a bad experience with Exclusive Staffing or Dionne Bazille (my manager). Dionne has worked with me throughout the past year, even getting me a raise when my responsibilities increased. We have to take ownership of our experiences and make the most of them. Thats what I have tried to do with Exclusive Staffing. Its a partnership. At the end of the day, they want to get paid and I want to get paid. Its a business, so I try not to read too much into things. They have to do what they feel is best for the company and I have to do what I feel is best for me and my family.

I completed my online application and was contacted promptly for an in person interview and skills assessment. Upon completion, I was quickly placed into a wonderful position with a great company. Recently, I was hired for a permanent position so will no longer be contracting with them, but I have to say from start to finish, my experience was very pleasant! I found my recruiter easy to communicate with and very prompt in her responses to me. I definitely felt there was a mutual respect between us and would reccommend them to any friend/ professional contact that I have. If ever I find myself in need of employment, I will definitely contact Exclusive!!!

If you are looking for a career, DO NOT waste you time with Exclusive Staffing. As previous reviewers have said, you will not be treated like an adult. The entire staff of recruiters is extremely unprofessional, especially Dionne Bazile, who is one of the rudest people with whom I have ever spoken. They show NO concern for their temps, and treat you like you are trying to take advantage of them. They are not respected in the business world, and therefore, cannot offer any job worth having. If you are desperate for employment, search elsewhere, because you will be extremely disappointed with Exclusive. They are rude, inconsiderate, and inconsistent.

First they have a paper application. WHO STILL DOES THAT??? Took about 40 mins to write down all the redundant information but ok if it helps me find a good job so be it. Spoke with a recruiter who seemed nice, talked about all the jobs that come available, gave me her card and walked me out the door. Last time I heard from them! Was in the office for about 3 hours between the paper app, online assessments, and the meeting all for nothing. My time would have been better spent at home applying for jobs. I have been calling for almost a month and they wont even return my calls. My advice go with another company ANY OTHER COMANY!!!

I first worked for exclusive 2 years ago while on break for the summer during college. I got to work in the actual office and came to know the coordinators and owners very well. Fast forward 2 years and I recently graduated when they stepped in again and gave me a temp job within 2 days of me asking. They were unbelievably helpful and nice the whole way through. As long as you are professional, intelligent and courteous they will treat you with the utmost respect. Great experience and I would highly recommend if you are serious about employment!!

BEWARE! I did some temp work for Exclusive and had as a little as possible to do with them but the employer I was working with said she would NEVER deal with them again. Exclusive told the employer if she could not get me set up on their web based payroll that they would have to PULL me from the job - you dont tell the employer that! Furthermore one of the reasons that she couldnt get me set up is because Exclusive didnt get it set up on thier end. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT NASTY IN THE END.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. They strung me along after three or four phone screens by two people, went in for F2F interview, aced their in office testing and was continually assured I would be placed in days. Didnt happened. Have worked with two other large agencies which placed me next day and was able to land extensions or conversions. Feel like this agency was just lazy. Interviewed by two people with absolutely no follow-up. Dont waste your time.

I had a great experience with this agency. If you put in an effort and treat the agency as an interview they will do their best to help and accomodate you. I was called in for a great job after 2 weeks of my interview and recommended them to friends who had similar experiences. I had a great relationship with my recruiter who was very helpful throughout my time temping.

I had an extremely positive experience with Exclusive. My first assignment lasted a few months and I was fortunate to acquire a second assignment with the same organization when that one ended. After a year with the organization, I successfully applied for a full-time permanent position with benefits. Deseria was very supportive the whole time.
