This place is the most unorganized, most unprofessional, most discouraging staffing agency Ive ever been to. For those who are serious about their job search and looking for work is somewhat of a job then you should totally avoid this place. I had a 9 ocolck appointment and literally had to wait three hours to be seen. When I finally got to speak with a recruiter (Edgardo Morales) I would say we spent 95% talking about anything but the job. Now Im 31 years old and Ive experienced a lot in my lifetime, never anything like this. Within the first minute I could tell he was a very prejudice and condescending person. He spent at least half of the time telling me how wrong I was about bringing a tablet to refer to for information and that every other HRO or recruiter was and I qoute "stupid for allowing you to do that and theyre not good recruiters". Also he spent a lot of time telling me how wrong my resume was and was completely condescending towards me about it. He also had the nerve to mention religion and his thoughts of it. I could go on and on but at the end of the day this is not a company you would want to work for. Oh yeah I forgot to mention I never applied to this company prior to them calling me and requesting that I come in because they liked my resume and was interested in hiring me.

If I could do one star less, I would. My brother went through this. This has to be the most unprofessional staffing agency. This place apparently does not care about the employees it hires. This moronic policy it has about perfect attendance seems to have no exceptions regarding daily life. People have children and may have life events that cause them to call out of work. It seems as if they wanted to enslave someone. Not to mention that it loses documents and makes excuses to benefit them (their policies, apparently). Whether you had some sort of accident, broken down car, kids are sick, something...anything, they disregard that. To me that doesnt make any sense and should be changed. The greediness of this company is gross and its really sad to see that the "clients" that they represent no nothing of this. Because it is per their policy, whether they have families or not....they sit in a comfy chair and process paperwork and make more than the people they hire for their "clients", they couldnt care any less of others situations. In a nutshell for someone working behind at a desk for this company: Life happens, stop being insensitive moronic asshats.

Do not work for them, You can do better. I was asking them what they did because I was curious since they called me, and they immediately told me that they were warehouse only and they basically only pay 7.25 an hour. I worked in a warehouse before, and my average pay was 15 an hour. I had to write this when I heard that.

Horrible! Bruh the manager (Eddie) is so rude and disrespectful. He doesnt know how to talk to people and he thinks he is above people looking for work. He was even meaner to his receptionist. I wouldnt recommend going here at all. They have good jobs but it just not worth it. The rest of the staff is nice and helpful

Got out of there asap. They are so unprofessional and pay the bare minimum. My grandmother died and instead of giving me grieving time I had to sign unexcued papers for all three days. Felt like Django in candy land dont do it.

Great staffing service. Very proffesional but strict. Eddie Morales branch manager was great along with his staff. Hired on full time within 2 months. I highly recommend this firm.

this is just a turn and burn staffing company, you are nothing more than cattle to them and the jobs they represent see you the same way, dont waste your time with these people.
