I had a great experience working with ROCS! While I ended up accepting an offer elsewhere, the recruiter I worked with, Ms. Pellegrino, was great! She consistently updated me on anything new as far as finding a position, worked hard to find the best fit for me, was very informative, and also worked with me on several things I was hoping to find in a new position and during the job transfer. Ms. Pellegrino and ROCS were fantastic at coming through on their end of things! Kathleen also helped as much as she could as far as giving me an idea of the atmosphere of the organization (which was very important to me) and recommended that the hiring manager would be more than happy to answer additional questions and explain even further about the atmosphere if or when I got an offer. She definitely worked with me at finding the best atmosphere and fit possible. I truly appreciated her help with that and knowing that I could get a chance to also speak with the organization when the time came. The staffing agency as a whole is absolutely wonderful and I feel like they really value and care about not only the organizations they are hiring for, but for the candidates as well.

Overall, I had a great experience with ROCs. It only took about 2 weeks from the time I applied until I was hired, so I cant really complain. I found the job posting through a recruitment app and was contacted within a couple days by Jessica Massara. That was followed by a pretty standard interview process (short phone screen followed by an in person interview). Within a day or two of my in person interview, Jessica had already talked to the employer and set up a phone interview with the company for later in the week. After I had my phone interview, I was contact by her only a couple hours later to set up an in person interview for early the next week. Later that same week I was offered a position. The entire process was very painless and Jessica was very quick in communicating with both the employer and me. She was very easy to work with throughout the entire process and even followed up several times after I started to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend them to a recent college graduate who is struggling to find a job.

Looking for an opportunity can be challenging at times but my staffing professional and her team eased my stress level. I had a remarkable experience with ROCS staffing. Just two days after applying for an open position, I was contacted by Kathleen who did a phone interview with me. The very next day we had a face-to-face interview and that same day I did a one-way video interview for a company. Kathleen did an excellent job with detailing me about the job and the company I was applying to, and worked with me to make sure this position was right for me and that everything went as smoothly as possible. Within two days after my video interview, I was informed that I had been hired by the company! Among all other companies and staffing agencies, ROCS was by far one of the most efficient and professional that I have worked with. I definitely recommend ROCS staffing to any recent college graduates or current students looking to gain experience based on their major or career goals.

ROCS Staffing is the best staffing agency Ive worked with. They are able to help those fresh out of college or those who just got their degree into entry level and higher positions. They also help find top notch, well paying jobs with those without a degree like myself. MATT HERB was my recruiter and he did a great job doing a formal interview with me and setting me up with a higher paying warehouse job at Dulles. I havent done the interview with the company yet but I feel well prepared to do the interview thanks to Matt. ROCS rocks! Finding a job fresh out of college can be tough. For me everyone wanted to know why I no longer wanted to be a bartender, even though I had my degree in International Relations. ROCS understood though, and helped me get my foot in the door, so I could get relevant work experience. I worked with Jessica and she understood exactly what I was looking for in a job. I believe she was crucial in helping me find a job with an amazing company. Working with Jessica was one of the best decisions I ever made, because it took the hastle of applying to hundreds of jobs that you never hear back from out of the equation. Instead, she did the work and I just had to rock the interview.

Unprofessional and no follow up. First thing that was a turn off: the interviewer at ROCS would not even look in my eyes when she asked me questions. Was very awkward. Second thing was that during the interview I was told that one of the worst parts of working in recruiting was the lack of follow through by candidates. Well, I did not receive a single follow up by the recruiter. Never given a potential position I could interview for or at least sent an email saying they did not have anything for me. Youre better off just pursuing opportunities on your own. Only reason Im giving them two stars, is that their initial response time and phone interview were good.

By far the best and most helpful recruitment service available. After a week or so after submitting my resume to Digital Documents I was contacted by a recruiter by the name of Heather Pearson. She had a friendly personality that helped to subdue my nerves during the interview process. She went above the call of duty in making sure I had all of the tools when I went for my interview with Digital Documents. Even though I did not receive the job Heather contacted me with a different opportunity the very next day. Regardless of how things go moving on I could not be happier with the level of care and help taken into finding me a new career opportunity.

After moving to Virginia, I was recommended to ROCS by another temp, and Ive had a great experience with them. Kathleen reached out to me almost immediately after I submitted my resume online. The interview process was fast, and I was recommended for a job interview only a few days later. The gentleman I interviewed with said that he had used ROCS in the past and was pleased with his hires, so I felt really good about coming in through them. Ive been with my current company for a month and regularly check in with Kathleen, who is always prompt to answering questions or concerns I have. I am so glad I was told about them.
