Dear Sparkles, I am a proud mother of two energetic "Lucky Stars", D and D and I am writing this letter to thank and commend Sparkles Child Care for the care and support you have been offering to my children. Where do I begin? Probably before a good friend recommended Sparkles to me, when I heard such nice things about this day care. Based on popular opinion, I expected great things from Sparkles and I am glad to say I have not been disappointed. D and D always have positive things to say about sparkles, from your animated storytelling to your kindness on the playground as well as the special care you provide in the before and after school program which enable parents like myself to work longer shift. Its comforting to know that not only are these children getting a great education, but they are happy at school as well. I would also like to say thank you especially to the principal and the entire teaching and non-teaching staff for your relentless efforts, dedication and unyielding commitment in providing the best quality childcare services to our children everyday. I believe your hard work is not been noticed or recognized by me and my family alone but also by many more families whom you have touched in various ways. Your professionalism, hard work and flexibility set you apart from all other daycare centers within Northing Virginia. I am so happy that D is enjoying preschool; you have no idea what you have done in his life. Its not easy to send your six (6) weeks old child to school, but seeing how D has developed through these years, makes me feel good about my initial decision in enrolling him. And I know I have his dedicated teachers to thank for that. The activities you plan, the room you decorate, the friendships you help foster, its all incredible, and its helping my son believe that school is fun, which is incredibly important. I feel so lucky to have gotten Sparkles and the entire staff as partners in my childrens academic development. Both of my boys loved their classes from the first day and have never grown bored. You helped them get organized, motivated, and above all, interested in learning, which is not easy to instill in the life of a child. The whole family thanks you! What would we do without Sparkles? Who else has the patience, time and skills to deal with miscellaneous people passing in and out of their workspace all day and hundreds of random requests? We are very lucky to have you in our neighborhood. We hope you know how much we appreciate your hard work! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! This daycare is the only daycare in the area that is opened until late which is a plus for parents that work until late. My son has been going to this daycare for almost 3 months and always crys when i drop him off and when I pick him up he always looks sad and unhappy. I am so disappointed in the care they give my son. The teachers are not very welcoming or friendly. It seems as if my son is just another "kid" (as they like to refer to the children) they are looking after. I came early to pick up my son one day and the teacher was playing or texting on her phone while the kids were just playing. My son has had multiple injury reports while in there care. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Id never recommend this place to anyone. *********No Communication between staff and parent, techers texting instead of caring for children, teachers not knowing very well english, children getting hurt on weekly basis.*********This is place is just as bad as an in home daycare where the provider lets the child do whatever, while they are watching tv and on the phone. Save yourself a headache. Do Not Take Your Children Here! ***

I love Sparkles, the staff is amazing, my son loves it, and the teachers are very lovable with the kids. We just moved to Virginia and had a very bad experience in a previous daycare, my two year old loves his teachers and everytime I drop him off all the kids in the classroom are extremely happy. They sing, they dance, play outside, ride around a buggy inside the daycare and you can see how the teachers really care about the kids. The admin staff is extremely helpful, my husband and I have very stressful jobs and the daycare provides extended hours if needed, automatic debit payment(which is great not to worry about payment every week) and the highlight is that they have cameras in every classroom in which you can see your kids during the day. My husband and I are very grateful that we found Sparkles, the teachers have become part of our family.

My baby has been going to Sparkles since she was 3 months old. She has absolutely flourished there. They teach her sooooo much!!! Manners, speaking spanish, how to eat and drink unassisted, each week there is a learning theme. She is just absolutely adored there as if she is their own child. Even though she has moved up to an older class, the ladies from your infant class say how much they miss her and visit with her. I just LOVE Elizabeth, Mary, Dhuha, Evilyn, and Sandra!!!!

THEY HIT CHILDREN!!!! DO NT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS HISPANINCS, THEY DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH DURNING THE DAY, THEY DONT SANITIZE , THEY HAVE ILLEGAL WORKERS,, THEY HAVE HIT CHILDREN AND ARE VERY DIRTY , THEY LET CHILDREN SLEEP IN POOP, THEY SHARE BOTTLES FOR INFANTS. IT IS A HORRIBLE CENTER I KNOW, I WORKED THERE FOR A FEW DAYS AND I SAW ALL OF THIS!!!!

We love Sparkles. Our kids have grown to be polite, respectful of others and engaged. The teachers are wonderful and what makes this center so special. Keeping an eye on them throughout the day, we know that they are well taken care of with diaper changes, feeding and various activities. The hours are great, the teachers are responsive and our kids are happy.
