I had very very bad experience there. Please please dont sent you kid there if you love your kids. I sent my 2 and half years old son there just for four weeks then I decided to change to another day care center. The director of the center is so jerk. When I first met her, she said nothing but "Hi". Before that, I have been visit other day care centers like WinWood, ChaseBrook in Fairfax, their presidents are so nice and kind heart, the only reason I didnt go there is we need to wait for at least half year. My son got flu from the Kindercare at the first week. Due the the indoor temperature is really high, several times I told the teacher to wear his jacket first then wear this coat and his baseball cap for any outdoor activities, but they ignored all the times and never had his cap and jacket on. The poor little guy kept on getting sick for three times for the past four weeks. For the second week, we just sent him for two half days, after two days day care, he got sick again. We didnt send him to for the whole week in the third week. After he got well, we sent him again and got sick again. I felt very bad, my son never got cold and flu before. I went to watched his today and found the teacher didnt wear him cap again. Moreover, what made me really angry is they only want to make money without paying effort. My son is a part time student (5 hours) and I always sent him from 10am-3pm. When I picked my son yesterday, the teacher from the Toddlers Class (she is really nice) told me my son slept for 2 hours. But today, I got phone call from the director told me that my son didnt want to sleep for the nap time and knocked the door and very fuzzy, they forced me the change my schedule from 8am-1pm. I never heard this kind of thing before. This week my son went there only for two half days, yesterday he slept for two hours and today he didnt then the director asked me to change my schedule. She is so jerked. She only wanted to make money without paying any effort. The teachers in my sons class are not nice, they have no patient to the kids. I know some teachers in other classes are good, like toddlers class and music class. But I should say my son doesnt have this kind of good luck so we need to leave ASAP.

My son has been at this Kindercare for the last 2 years. The teachers have always been consistently great and my son is very happy there. The only downside to the place is that the administrative side of the center can be disorganized at times but to be honest, as long as my kid is happy and safe there, Im happy. The location is also a plus, right off Rte 29 and less than 5 minutes drive from I66.

I would give 10 stars of I could! This is a top notch childcare facilty with excellent teachers and staff! My child has learned so much and truly enjoys coming here. The activities are great, the teachers actually care about each and every child, and the experiences are priceless. I am very grateful for kindercare and I highly recommend this location.

I visited this day-care with my 3.5 year old twin boys on 10/14/11. I didnt see any passion for kids from both the teachers and staff. The administration is disorganized and their customer service skills are very poor. Also, I didnt like the smell of the classroom. Except from the location, nothing impressed me.
