I am sorry that you had a bad experience at this Kindercare location. I am the new director and I can tell you that the staff that is employed here now is wonderful, kind and truly loves working with children. The curriculum is excellent to promote a positive learning enviornment. I have been very happy with my experience as an employee with Kindercare. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns about the center. The center has stepped up with the cleaning and is very sanitary, and the food meets the components for the USDA Federal food program and ensures that all of the children get a healthy lunch and snack.

One of the worst Cheap Child Care Facility. The Director is an idiot and Lazy! He doesnt really know his job title. They feed children with low grade quality food. All the toys are used and second hand. Some of them are broken. They divulge private personal information about their workers to parents of children there. This facility is unsanitary, and understaffed. If you are reading this, tell everyone you know with kids to take their business elsewhere. There are dozens more, infinite times better centers than this.

I wonder if all kindercare centers herndon/reston areas like that. Because my son has been going to a kindercare center in reston and I have the same complaints as above. It is horrible. They are overpriced, staff is rude and have no clue about how to do their jobs, I dont think my son has learned anything from this school, he never seemed to like this school. I cant wait to get him out of here.
