As the Junior Sponsor at Brooke Point High School Ive worked with many companies over the years to put on a prom for upwards of 600 students. I have never felt the need to publicly thank a company until working with Mr. David Canty of Memorable Moments. Mr. Canty went above and beyond our contractual terms to make the 2016 Brooke Point Prom amazing. He treated our student representatives like queens when they chose decorations from his showroom and then added to what they chose without blinking an eye to blow their expectations out of the water. The look on our students faces when they walked through the columns, into the draped, lit-up ballroom was unforgettable. Unbeknownst to our representatives he added cocktail tables, and VIP areas roped off with stanchions that put the finishing touch on the entire scene. Mr. Canty’s taste is impeccable and he will not leave the job until it is perfect. I overheard him as he called his showroom to have them send an additional truck of decorations he felt would be the icing on the cake. He is truly the best and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts! His DJ Harvey Lee was also top notch, the kids danced the night away and didnt want to leave when the music stopped. I’m so upset I was unaware of his existence when I got married, there is no better person to have at the helm for your special occasion.

I have to say I was so disappointed in how this business treated my husband on the day of our wedding. Linda was so wonderful when we spoke through email and in person. Unfortunately she was unavailable on the day of our wedding so her son and daughter-in-law filled in. They were so disgustingly rude I was blown away. When they arrived at our ceremony site they told my husband that they were not going to set up the chairs and they would set them on the side of the road for him to set up. We were under the impression that what we paid for was for them to deliver, set-up, and take down the chairs, she proceeded to get an attitude saying that it would be an extra $100 for doing that. She then got on her phone and complained to someone about how she didnt think she should have to set them up. So my husband started calling family to come and help set up the chairs seeing as how the two of them were not wanting to do it and the son comes over to my husband and wants to know who hes talking to!! First off its none of his business and second how rude. Also theyre communication was awful none of them could get the times right of when to come back and get the chairs. I was so sad that they acted this way, this was our only flaw the whole day. Really sad....

First i want to say thank you to all the staff. We celebrated our wedding in April. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They help us out a lot. Even on our wedding day linda came over and help us get things together. My wife wanted an outside ceremony but the arch she wanted wasnt a choice, so she worked with linda about getting something beautiful and on our budget and she was able to come up with something that fit our budget and was even more beutiful than our first choice. I truly want to say thank you to the staff and specially to linda. Our wedding turn out even more beautiful that what we imagine. Thank you

David did a great job making sure that I would have everything that I needed for my wedding day - from the extra tables that I needed to linens in just the right colors. After making arrangements for rentals with them I was able to feel confident that everything would run smoothly the day of - which it did! Weve worked with David at Memorable Moments for the 3rd year in a row. Our annual awards event looked beautiful again this year because of the the work from the staff at Memorable Moments. The chair covers, bands, and centerpieces transformed the room. As we were setting up this year, we discovered there was a misunderstanding on what was delivered and they were there within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Thank you and we will see you again next year!!
