Extortion. Cancelled membership with 60 days left. They took out one months fee that day and said since it was already paid, I could keep my key for the month. Three weeks later, I return the key and ask for my deposit. They refused and said its nonrefundable. I told them since I paid for the key I should own it. The woman responded I would continue to be charged each month if I kept the key so I returned it under threat. Today, they took out another full months fee although I already cancelled AND returned the key. Not only did they threaten to extort me if I didnt give them the key which I paid full price for and was not permitted to own, they went ahead and did it anyway. Same old gym tactics.

Been to several other gyms in the RVA, and this one seems to be on point with everything they do! They have a full staff that is well educated on the fitness needs for everyone that comes through the door no matter what body type, age or current health you may be in. Ryan, Brandon and Ann will point you in the right direction to help to achieve and surpass any goal you may have ! Two thumbs up for sure :-)

I love working out first thing in the morning, and had to find something open before 5:00 because I like to get in and out early. I have been really impressed with Anytime fitness. Its well maintained, clean, and I love that I can spin whenever I want without having to make it to a certain class on time.
