I have been going to CKO a couple times a week for several months now and I have to say, it is the most addictive, stress-relieving, INCREDIBLE experience I have ever had. I started out with the groupon (get as many classes as you can get for that price) and then I promptly joined the minute my groupon visits were over. The classes really work. You get your own heavy bag to hit for an hour plus you get a great core workout right in the middle. It also switches up between classes and ALL of the trainers are amazing with their own unique style. Even the owners keep you motivated and they support you like a friend would. I also like that they wont sell anything remotely bad for your body there (no protein bars/shakes with unhealthy fillers) because, as former nurses, they want nothing but the best for their people. If you go to 3+ classes a month the membership is worth it. It is more than a gym membership BUT I would say that it is as effective or more effective than any personal trainer I have ever had (and I had some amazing ones). And if youre not tight on cash and free time, they have personal training, too, complete with those HUGE tires that you pick up. The normal membership gives me the results I want, but for those hardcore people out there... If youre not really a gym rat, youve always had trouble with motivation, and you want an honest-to-god judgment-free, supportive environment..... If youre ready for a REALLY big change, just go to CKO... youll thank me.

Its an amazing workout, however when I went to the class the owner basically talked me into signing up for a membership so I did. However, I have a newborn so I cant make it to the classes as I would like to so I emailed him about canceling and he told me I have to come up and put it in writing AND pay a 250.00 termination fee, when I filled out the paperwork he was going through it with me explaining to me what was on it I TRUSTED his word he neverrrrr mentioned a 250.00 fee or the fact I had to put it in writing the only thing he said is let us know 30 days prior if you would like to cancel. When i told him this he said to me verbatim "You shouldve read your paperwork" & hes right I shouldve read my paperwork and not trusted his word bc now I am stuck. I am 5 weeks into the contract and the owner will not work with me at all.

I was thinking about joining, but seeing the recent review below Im sure this wont be a good fit for me considering life also happens to me too ( I have to children also, time is a crunch!) I was really looking forward to this, until i was informed that i needed to sign up for a contract (which i dont like doing in the first place) but that if i wanted to cancel it, it would a $250 termination fee. I would suggest going to a place that doesnt ask you for a contract.

It was my first class today and I loved it, already plotting on when Im coming back. Hamid is a great teacher giving you motivation & inspiration the whole time starting my Monday off in the best way ever. Amazing high intensity workout if you choose to put in the work!!!

They definitely are not true to their word! they know the right words to say to make you sign up thats for sure. Make sure you READ everything you sign or better yet just do $20.00 classes do not commit if you do they will make it super difficult to get out.

This place is amazing. Ive been going to the kick boxing class for a week now and already see a change in my arms and Torso. Matt gives the best work out in my opinion but all of the staff are great!
