This is what I call a gym, forget Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. The facility is top-notch and is well taken care of by the wonderful janitorial staff so cleanliness is not an issue. Starting with the check in, theres wonderful, friendly staff ready to greet you. One floor up, they have a large fitness studio and a smaller, quieter yoga studio nearby. Theres also a great cycling studio and a crazy-cool kids daycare complete with a ninja warrior course (!) that would make adults jealous. Youll also find a room with two power racks and a good variety of body weight training equipment. The Evolve spa is also located here, which specializes in a variety of services ranging from full body massages to Brazilian blowouts. There are small lockers located just outside the studio for quick and easy storage of personal items, the best part is that personal locks are not needed as they have built-in combo locks. The locker rooms have plenty of larger lockers with the same combo locks. Theres a sauna that was recently enhanced with a more powerful heater, reaching temperatures more than 160 degrees Fahrenheit. The showers have built in soap and shampoo dispensers, and in case youre wondering, there are hairdryers available if theyre needed. The third floor has a huge selection of weight machines and cardio equipment, not to mention dumbbell racks maxing out with a pair of 150lbs and plenty of benches. There are also two more power racks here, one full and one half. Theres a rock climbing wall and a full basketball court that can be converted to a volleyball court. As far as how crowded it gets, Im usually there at various hours throughout mid morning or noon and there doesnt seem to be a crowd issue. Very rarely would I have to wait for a bench or machine and I can get a full workout completed in an hour. Overall, this place is head and shoulders above franchised gyms like Planet Fitness. We toured with Crane back in December when we were first looking for a new gym and were very impressed, the best part being that it is literally 3 minutes away from our house. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well-stocked gym in a very convenient location.

I have been looking for a gym that offers Les Mills classes early in the morning before work. After talking to Nick, I was excited to try out their facility and "state of the art" spin studio. When I walked in I was shocked by the fact there were only 5 people there. That should have been my first clue. Never been to a gym where the early class is NOT at least half full. In my 10 years of taking spin classes, the instructor, Mina, is the second worse instructor I have ever had! Mina is a lawsuit waiting to happen! She didnt show me how to set my bike up or tell me about any of the features it had to offer or how to activate them. The music was so loud that she had to scream into the mic to be heard. As the class got started it became evident that she is very out of shape! She was panting so hard that I couldnt understand what she was saying because she was so out of breath. It got so bad that towards the end of the class she cranked up the music even louder to drown herself out more. There was NO reason to blast the music that loud with only 6 people in the class. Two people got off their bikes and left halfway through the class. Two more of the ladies left before the end of the class. So by the end when it was time to stretch, there were only two of us. I heard Bob is the best spin teacher. Too bad he cant teach the early morning class. Its a beautiful facility, great location and front desk staff was wonderful, but with lousy, rude and unqualified instructors = NO MEMBERSHIP.

I reach out to Jason to take a tour of the facilities and WOW. This place is gorgeous! The best part of the whole thing was the kids club. It was an indoor play place with all the tubes and slides. Everything a kid would want if they had to be at the gym. They have a huge wall that looks like a chalkboard that the kids can write on as well as computers and a huge projector that shines interactive games onto the floor to keep the kids moving and having fun. The rest of the gym was beautiful. They have the latest and greatest when it comes to equipment! If cardio was your thing- they have 30 treadmills lined up facing outside so you have a view while you sweat away the pounds. For those who weight lift- they have 4 racks and 3 platforms! They also have dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs so there would be something for everyone. They also have this insane rock wall you can use! Kids of a certain age also have access to it which was really nice for families looking for a family oriented gym. I was also there around 4:00-4:30 and it wasnt crowded at all! It is a beautiful place that is kept immaculate and the staff really went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel at home during the tour. Definitely check this gym out and ask for Jason if you are looking for a great facility.

I called in simple to ask about what they have at their facility, clearly they had everything I needed....obviously high quality....I asked Nick what the general registration fee was (3x different times) he refused to tell me and directed me to come in before he told me. I know sales. I do not like being pressured, thts why I called in ahead of my decision (tfe or lifetime) to get information. It was extremely discouraging and intimidating to not be able to get honest direct information, a basic answer to a basic question. I get it , you want to show how great your facility is before you show me the price tag for great or try to sell me on a time-sensitive "deal" but I already know what I want I saw you have it I wanted to know the general price, stop trying so hard...only the money will sell me and I shouldnt have to jump through hoops or be led by a carrot (a deal) just to get the prices. If there are twenty possible registration prices then give me the range. I really hoped this would be the place I could get behind but now I feel extremely suspicious of their business practice and do not like their phone Etiquette (simply Nick).

I took a class here one day and did not get a chance to view the actual work out area afterwards but enjoyed the class. A couple days later an instagram ad came up on my feed for a free 3 day pass so I signed up for it to view the gym. I got an email stating someone would contact me. A few days later I still didnt hear from anyone so I went into the gym(the email stated if you do not hear from someone, to stop by). I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby area until someone was contacted to show me the gym. Finally someone came down and they said oh youve been here before? I told them I was and took a class and they told me I couldnt use the gym unless I paid them a $20 visitor fee . Needless to say, I wont be back and cant really leave a review on the actual gym as I have yet to see it. The class was good though so I give it 2 stars because of that but wasting that much of my time was too much.
