This is without a doubt the worst gym in the area. this game is very small.crowd all the time because the size is way too small it smells and is hot in there because the owner is too cheap to turn the air conditioning on. the owner is very arrogant and have no idea about physical training and bodybuilding.( in my opinion) I would not let my dog trainer at the gym!!

I absolutely love this gym. Everything that you might want or need, and there is never a "crowd" that will make you wait for your turn. The owner, Wayne, is also a great guy and committed to making the gym the best it can be.

Wayne runs a great gym and really cares about his customers. I have been to other gyms in the area, but keep coming back here. It may be smaller, but has everything you need and people who care.
