BEWARE: This place cares more about the money then the kids. Those who make TEAM BE PREPARED. Itll cost you a FORTUNE! There are fees to compete too. COSTLY MEET uniforms (100s of dollars!!). If you dont pay for it, your child wont compete. If you dont pay the fees your child is off the team. What bothers me the most is I "spent" over 2Gs in 3 months for meet outfits, competition fees, her team fees. We paid on time but ONE time my wife forgot to go by and pay and we get this email saying "if you dont pay 250 by today your child wont be in the competition." As soon as I read that, the next day I took my child out IMMEDIATELY. Felt like they were "intimidating" my wife and I. Like pay "or else" KNOWING it will devastate the child if she cant compete. They use that against you. Your childs love for gymnastic. Their tactics are questionable. On the day I took her out. I was in SHOCK on how FILTHY and NASTY the gym and mats are. My wife handled it all. I had no idea. If I knew it was like that I would not had let my wife sign my daughter up. Its a germ magnet. They take NO PRIDE in keeping it CLEAN!! Do your child and yourself a favor DONT GO THERE. ----------------------------------------------------- In response to the Owner. ----------------------------------------------------- I understand where youre coming from. I understand you have to take any step possible to get the money owed. What I dont understand is if the cost is low why must you make strong demands to get the money owed? It shouldnt be difficult unless the fees are high and puts the parent in a position to where they struggle to pay, which puts youre company in the position to cover the child until they do. Another thing I dont understand is how the parent gets in that predicament in the first place. What is being said to the parents, by your company, to make them sign the child up. Is the child chosen by your company to be on a team? If this is so, a family who may not be able to afford it is already doomed from the start. Parents love their children. Theyll do whatever they can to see him/her happy and successful. When the parent cant fulfill that, they feel inadequate, they failed the child and therefore the child blames them or becomes bitter. Especially if the child LOVED being on the team then taken off. Image the pain the child endures. Imagine how the parents feel to see the child hurt over this matter. Now, Im no counselor by any means, this could be seen as speculation by many or few but as a parent, I would feel that way if I failed my daughter. As far as cleanliness, what you say and what I saw was two different things. By no means was the place clean, the huge gym section. I read other reviews online from other people who was there and they say the same thing, the place was dirty or nasty so we all cant be wrong. Feel free to Google it yourself. As I mentioned earlier, I understand, you have to do what you have to do to get payment. You spend all this money to clean the place, but what others see and you are two different things. Just my input, others may see this post differently.

I use to have my daughter enrolled at Paragon for a combo gymnastics/ ballet class and it was simply not worth it. The instructors had little personality and didnt seem to interact with the kids, on top of this they were different every week! Everyone just seemed to be very unenthusiastic about having these kids around - for one class the older group was there and the coach asked my daughters class to sit and watch while she "showed them how it was done" and proceeded to show off and joke around for almost 30 minutes that we were paying for, while the children were bored! It was obvious to me that the older, competitive gymnasts were who really mattered in this facility, which is fine, but then dont host beginners at all. There are a few others in the area I recommend - we LOVED Majik Motions and Ive heard good things about The Little Gym as well. Dont waste your time with Paragon.

Brought my three kids here for gymnastics lessons my mom signed them up for. My oldest daughter told me class started at 11:30. Turns out the girls class starts at 11:30. My four year old son"s started at 11. I ask at the front desk if he can do an alternate class. She tells me it is age baded and he cant do his sisters class. He is very sad. I sit and watch all the different classes going on and figure maybe there is another four year old class he can do today. So we go ask the girl at the desk. She informs me that they offer this class Monday through Friday. Today is Saturday, not exactly helpful when we are here today. Certainly not the flexibility they described to my mother when she signed them up. Having trouble believing they only offer one class time on a Saturday for four year olds. Just checked the class schedule for his age. They have three more classes today.

My kids went to paragon when they were in the old location and loved it. We took a break for a couple years for family reasons and now that #3 is 2 years old we thought we would go back and give it a try. Im so glad I did the free trial and didnt just sign up as I planned. They do not have A/C in their building... no, its not broken, they just dont have it. That is unacceptable. All 3 of my children were beet red when class was over and my toddler was absolutly miserable. The staff was clearly not thrilled with the working conditions either when asked why it was so hot... that is when I was told there is no air conditioning. It wasnt even a really hot day when we went, Id hate to see how hot that place gets when its nearly 100 outside. Those poor kids. My oldest was sick all evening from being overheated. We Wil not be back.

I have had my first child there for 8 of 10 years and my little one has been there for 3 of 5. Both are boys and have participated in preschool gymnastics, boys classes, open gym and martial arts at various times. I have found that the staff treat my boys like their own and truly care about them. Both kids have excelled in school and adjusted well socially. I believe this is in no small part because of the job Paragon did to build up the self esteem and self confidence in my boys. They also have excelled in sports, and I promise you it is not genetic! The head start on coordination and strength they got from Paragon. I would strongly recommend Paragon for kids of every age, but especially for toddlers and preschoolers.

My daughter has been with Paragon Gymnastics for 7 years. She started with classes and then made the competitive team. She has grown into a well rounded person and part of that is due to the coaching staff at Paragon. The coaches from developmental to the optional program are wonderful. Team gymnastics can be hard work, but if your child wants to succeed and see how training pays off, then Paragon is the place to train. It is also a great place to start with open gym, beginner classes, and for adults to meet other parents and ask questions.
